Very good trip - use another booking site

Very good trip, lots of animals to see but still very hot and muggy. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR!! Our email link to the tickets did not work and we only got through the gate after the young lady sorted things with her manager

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed seeing the animals, but we apologize for the issues with ticketing and entry. Your comments are noted to help improve the experience for future guests.

Don’t Use My Singapore Holiday to Book

The night Safari was a bit underwhelming based on the hype. The tram ride was a disappointment as most of the animals were asleep. The highlight was the small fox in the show. Make sure you reserve your spot two hours ahead of time. We would have been fine missing this attraction! The local tour company Viator used was My Singapore Holiday and they were useless. We booked a private transfer and paid a premium (more than the Night Safari tickets alone) and our return driver wanted to pick us up an hour earlier than what was scheduled. This would have meant only 2 hours at the night Safari. We tried many times to contact My Singapore Holiday, but they never responded until we were on our way home. We felt pressured to leave the Night Safari early as it was our only option (except to pay again for another taxi). We felt stranded. If you do decide to visit the Night Safari, do not use My Singapore Holidays.

    Must do when in Singapore.

Amazing experience. Got really close to multiple animals. The experience was more fun than expected. Would definitely recommend as a must do when in Singapore. Would recommend to pick an early time slot. It was kinda chaotic on behalf of the staff at the park. But no other hiccups once we entered the park.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you had such an amazing experience and were able to get close to multiple animals. It’s great to know the visit exceeded your expectations and that you would recommend it as a must-do activity in Singapore. We also appreciate your honest comment regarding the initial organization at the park. Your feedback is valuable, and we will share it for review. We’re glad to hear that everything went smoothly once you were inside. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on another experience soon.

    Zoo Safari

Our tram ride was disappointing with the driver only stopping twice for us to take photos. Not many animals were available on show. The amphitheatre was also limited in animals. Disappointing to not see any monkey family there. Also wanting to know why we're they selling toy kangaroos in the shop?

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the tram ride and overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. Only having two photo stops and seeing fewer animals than expected can definitely feel disappointing, especially when you’re hoping for a more immersive visit. Your comments about the amphitheatre show and the absence of monkeys are also noted. As for the toy kangaroos in the shop, many attractions include a variety of general wildlife-themed souvenirs, not only those related to the animals on site. Still, we understand how this might feel out of place when certain expected animals weren’t present. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. This helps highlight areas where the experience can be improved for future visitors.

Singapore Night Safari: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.

How much does Singapore Night Safari cost?

    +

Prices start at $49 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Singapore Night Safari take?

    +

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.

Is Singapore Night Safari worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore Night Safari?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Singapore Night Safari suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Singapore Night Safari?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Singapore Night Safari start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Singapore?

    +

On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Singapore?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Singapore?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
