    The guide and people were...

The guide and people were nice, but the experience was not for me. I was pretty bored. The guide was very nice and funny, but he spoke very fast, broken English, and was often hard to understand. He also walked WAY TOO FAST for many people in our group, some of whom were elderly, or otherwise challenged with walking. He was nice and funny, however. But, I did not enjoy the tour. It was too hot and humid; I struggled with the humidity. The shows were fine.

Response from the operator: We are pleased to hear that you found the guide friendly and enjoyed the company of fellow guests as well as the two iconic light shows, which are the highlights of this experience. For transparency, this tour operated with only 13 guests that evening, making it significantly smaller than many similar join-in tours in Singapore. The vast majority of guests on the same tour rated their experience 5 stars shortly after the tour concluded. Our records also show that our customer service team remained in continuous contact with you from pickup coordination through to the meeting point. Concerns of organization were raised after only a brief waiting period of a few minutes, despite immediate support being provided and the tour proceeding as scheduled. Such expectations at the very least beginning are difficult to reconcile with the realities of a shared group tour. Throughout the evening, the guide was required to maintain a reasonable pace to ensure the group arrived on time for Singapore's public light shows, which operate on fixed schedules. While we appreciate that walking speed and comfort levels can vary between individuals, a join-in group tour must balance the needs of all guests. Regarding the weather, Singapore's tropical climate is naturally hot and humid year-round. While we understand that this may affect personal comfort and enjoyment, it is unfortunately beyond the control of any tour operator. Many of the concerns raised appear to relate more to personal travel preferences than to the actual delivery of the tour itself. Guests seeking a fully customized pace, one-to-one attention, and greater flexibility may find a private tour more suitable for their expectations. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and are glad that you enjoyed the guide, fellow guests, and the evening attractions. We wish you a pleasant stay in Singapore.

    Be prepared for crowds. ...

Be prepared for crowds. Great trip on River. Good tour to see both light shows and river! You may have to sit on the ground at trees, so be prepared!

Response from the operator: ou’re absolutely right—popular spots during a Singapore guided night tour can get busy, especially around the Spectra light show and the stunning water and light show. We’re glad you still enjoyed the Singapore River Cruise and the overall experience, including key highlights like Gardens by the Bay, Merlion Park, and Clarke Quay. Your tips are valuable for future travelers, and we appreciate your recommendation. We hope to welcome you again for another memorable Singapore evening Omnicity Tours—top-rated Singapore Night Tours & River Cruise Experiences.

    Great tour

This was a good tour as you get to see the river and sites along with the Marina Bay Area. Light show is later and is spectacular.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the Singapore River Cruise and the sights along the Singapore River and Marina Bay. The Spectra light show and the illuminated Singapore skyline are truly a highlight of any Singapore night tour. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are glad you experienced these beautiful Singapore night attractions. Very nice

Loved the tour and the tour guide Jessica , we started at the Merlion and then boarded a boat from there and later saw the 2 shows .One person from tour kept getting lost including 20 minutes after the Rhapsody garden night show .the only thing I did not like is the fact that I got a what’s app message 2 hours before the tour changing my pick up time by half hour to 5 pm which I didn’t see as I was asleep and so I had to get my own cab and I was also told that the tour would leave if I did not reach Merlion by 6 pm when they were there till 6.15 pm so pre tour was just very stressful .but all was forgotten and we had a great time and a nice drop off back to hotel as well.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the evening, from the Singapore River cruise to the beautiful light shows around Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay. Occasionally small adjustments to pickup timing are communicated through the booking message system to ensure the evening schedule runs smoothly. We always encourage guests to check messages before the tour for any updates. The locations visited are busy public spaces, and our team works to keep the group coordinated while allowing some flexibility for guests to enjoy the surroundings. We’re pleased to hear that despite the brief concerns, the evening ended on a positive note and that you had a great time overall. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.

How much does Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows cost?

    +

Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.

Is Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 43 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows?

    +

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Singapore light to night : River Cruise & 02 Stunning Light Shows start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Singapore?

    +

On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Singapore?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Singapore?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
