Wouldn't recommend flower dome if you are not big fan of flowers.
I don't think you need to visit flower dome if you are not a big fan of flowers, cloud forest was ok with Jurassic theme with waterfalls. It's pretty pricey in my opinion.
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re glad you found parts of the Cloud Forest enjoyable, especially the waterfall and Jurassic theme. We understand that the Flower Dome may not suit everyone’s interests and that you felt the experience was pricey. Your comments are helpful for future guests when choosing the experience that best matches their preferences.

One of the best things to do in Singapore.
This was one of the best things that I have ever done. There was so many different parts to walk around and it was truly beautiful. The flower dome and cloud forest was breathtaking. Being a Jurassic Park fan seeing the cloud forest with all of the dinosaur and Jurassic Park items was amazing. The supertree observatory was one of my favorite things, just being able to see all of Singapore from up above was breath-taking, I truly did not realize how many ships there were docked just off Singapore. Walking through this park you could spend all day there. I easily spent 3 hours and was rushing through it. The admission process was easy as everything was e-ticket so they just scanned the QR code. For how busy people say it got it truly was not crowded and I never thought I was on top of other people and could just enjoy the nature. The staff was great and helpful I stopped at the information desk to find my quickest way to Chinatown and Annie was so helpful. I highly recommend this experience if you come to Singapore. Also be sure to stay for the evening night show. This is free admission if you want something to do in the evening.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing and detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Supertree Observatory, and the beautiful views across Singapore. It’s wonderful to know the e-ticket admission was easy, the staff were helpful, and that Annie assisted you with directions. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again for another breathtaking experience.

lovely activity for mom/daughter
The pass was for the wrong date however after a short phone call, I was able get the correct date for my visit. The operator was super helpful and able to redate my entry. The passes were good for 3 different activities so this was a really good deal for me and my mom. Inside the air conditioning was super nice after the humidity outside. We did get a little lost while my mom took the elevator and I walked however we finally found each other at the end.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review. We’re glad our team was able to quickly help update the date and that you and your mom enjoyed the great value and activities. We appreciate your feedback!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket cost?
+
Prices start at $10 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket take?
+
Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 120 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket?
+
Around 42 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Singapore: Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
