Not all amphibious tours are the same. The Original DUCKtours @ Suntec City is the Singapore Tourism Award Winning Attraction. First in Singapore, an impressive 20 year perfect safety record, and 1 million passengers – nothing comes close to the Original DUCKtours @ Suntec City. This hour-long adventure start with a splash into the water and swimming off like a duck for a picturesque harbour tour before climbing back on land for a city tour of the historical Civic District. Cruise along Marina Bay, where you can admire views of the bustling urban city's skyline and marvel at Singapore's most iconic landmark—the Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, the Esplanade Theatre and the towering Merlion. Your journey continues as you waddle back onto land and drive past the Singapore Flyer and into the Civic District. There you’ll see the steps of the Old Supreme Court where much of Singapore's history was made, and the War Memorial Park, a tribute to those who gave their lives during WWII.

A fun way to see Singapore
A great tour which included both land and river views. Great and engaging tour guides who provided great information on Singapore and its landmarks
Response from the operator: Dear tinarO7115YH, Thank you for your lovely review! We are delighted you enjoyed seeing Singapore from both land and water, and that our tour guide made the experience informative and engaging. We hope to welcome you back again soon! Your Singapore DUCKtours Team

Safety was poor
The tour was ok as best part was the time on water and the splash, however the safety of it is hugely questionable. Throughout the time on water, the driver had one hand on the steering wheel at the most- at other points no hands- all because he ate his lunch, drunk his coffee, put cream on and then used a back scratcher! I seen it all as I was in front row. Very poor for a company who is reputable as safety should come first. Excursion was also 10 mins shorter than expected- we left at exactly 12noon but returned at exactly 12.50
Response from the operator: Dear Markscotland21, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the time on the water and the splash, but we are very concerned by your comments regarding the driver’s actions during the tour. Safety is our highest priority, and the behaviour you described is not in line with the standards we expect from our crew. We will be reviewing this incident with the relevant team and taking the appropriate follow-up action. We also note your comment regarding the tour duration and will review the timing of the trip. We sincerely apologise for the concerns caused and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Your Singapore DUCKtours Team

Good views but poor communication
The views were nice and we got to see some of the city but the guides English was not clear and he had a mask on so it was super difficult to understand him so we did not get any insight into Singapore history/landmarks.

This is a fun relaxing...
This is a fun relaxing hour, the guide was informative, good viewing of landmark buildings & photo ops from the river, there was a cooling breeze to help combat the heat & humidity of September weather - would recommend this activity to anyone

Great tour
Great tour, all key sights seen and a good commentary. Water tour was the highlight lovely views of Marina Bay, it was a shame the Merlion was being renovated.

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Singapore.
How much does Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $39 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Singapore usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Singapore is not rushed.
Is Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 324 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Singapore, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience?
+
Around 113 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Singapore can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Singapore and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Singapore within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Singapore?
+
On Outty we rank every Singapore experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Singapore Highlights Small Group Bike Tour on Full-Sized Bicycles, Lion City Bike Tour of Singapore, Singapore River Cruise, Night Garden Rhapsody & Spectra by CYT. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Singapore?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Singapore?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Singapore DUCK Tour: Land & Water Sightseeing Experience?
+
Included: Singapore Duck Tour; Live tour guide; All taxes; and Professional driver. Not included: Gratuities; Food and drinks; and Hotel pick up and drop-off. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
