WE WERE SCAMMED - DO NOT BOOK

NO CALL, NO SHOW tour operator. Somehow I failed to read the warnings of others for this tour operator. Now we’re out over $400 — going through the process of getting a refund through Viator, but not holding out hope. I messaged the operator on WhatsApp the day before our tour: no response. Two hours - time of tour, I messaged again via WhatsApp, then via Viator. I called a few times. We waited for an HOUR and no one showed up. I called Viator in Vegas FROM FRANCE and was on hold while they tried calling the tour operator. Nothing. Now I’ve just called Viator again, to officially start the refund process. Which is the Customer’s responsibility to call Viator THREE times, waiting 24-48hrs each time, and THEN if nothing from tour operator, maybe Viator will refund. Not feeling great about this process. Hopefully this helps others avoid this situation…I am SO disappointed that Trip Advisor/Viator have let this scammer continue to be listed on their platforms.

    Wonderful tour

Daniel was an excellent guide for our tour of St Paul de Vance, Tourette’s , and Gourdon. He gave us extensive background on each medieval town, and we enjoyed each. We have a memorable lunch at Gourdon with exquisite views of the entire region. Daniels English is perfect, so we were able to understand all of the history for each town.

Response from the operator: Hi Thank you for the good review, we are trying to find a good team for you!!!! Тhank you and we look forward to seeing you again!!!!!
