    Not again.

We booked the excursion at the hotel through the tour operator. Unfortunately, we were already given a lot of false information there. The trip from Side took a very long time, almost two hours. Upon arrival, we saw a wild jumble of people waiting for their tours; it was loud and stressful. When we were assigned our tour guide, he rushed us through the briefing quite quickly and convinced us that we had to buy expensive bandanas, sunglasses, waterproof phone cases, and water shoes on-site. An expensive affair, so it is better to stay away and bring everything with you. We then continued to the changing area; helmets and life jackets for children were unfortunately in short supply, so they had to wear helmets and life jackets for adults, which of course served no purpose. After everyone was ready, we got into an unroadworthy bus with a cracked windshield, broken seats, etc. Arriving at a parking lot by the river, the tour guide drilled us through a small forest down to the river, where the boats were waiting. Again and again, he just yelled at us about who had to go into which boat. On the river, he started pushing people into the ice-cold water against their will, even though they asked him multiple times not to do so. Since there were so many boats on the river, everything seemed hectic and chaotic. We were constantly rammed by other boats, pelted with buckets of water, and filmed by guides so that an expensive film and photos could be sold at the end. Afterward, we got out for the buggy tour; this was chaotic again, and there were far too many buggies on the tour, so you had to drive very slowly and didn't really get to drive properly at all. After that, back into the car and off to the zip line; after waiting in line for 1 hour with no information, we went down an unspectacular route over piles of trash and sand. There were better routes that ran directly over the river. For safety reasons, we did not participate, as the harnesses and carabiners were partially damaged and broken. Continued to be drilled by our tour guide, we finally went to lunch after about 3.5 hours (at 3:00 PM!)! Until then, there was neither water nor anything else, as you were supposed to leave everything on the bus. Contrary to what was promised, drinks were not included in the price. For lunch, there was bulgur with chicken, simple but okay. After 10 minutes to eat, you had to watch the sales film and get into a rickety Ford Transit again for the JEEP safari. Since it was calculated too tightly, people had to stand. The music was turned up to the max and the driver raced through the forest at full throttle. All in all, we are very disappointed with the price-performance ratio and cannot recommend this tour operator. We were glad to have survived this day without any injuries.

    Tazy Canyon Safary and Rafting

Great experience. Amazing sights at Tazy Canyon. The only thing I would change if the price for pictures and videos at the end, if it was lower genuinely more people would buy. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Absolutely incompetent tour guide for rafting.

The stated start time of 7:30 is automatic and incorrect. Our travel time was over 4h. Our group for the Ramashka rafting consisted of 14 people and they were distributed very unevenly in the boat by weight. Instructions were ignored or it was said that it was okay. Right at the beginning of the rafting, there are rapids with many rocks. The guide gave no instructions whatsoever on whether to go left or right, and thus no one acted or steered. This resulted in us hitting a large rock in the middle and capsizing. My husband, my daughter, and I, as well as almost the entire group, went overboard. However, I was hit the worst. My husband was able to pull me above water by my helmet once before I went under again. This probably saved my life. I got caught under the boat and had no chance to surface. All the banging against the rocks did the rest. As if that weren't bad enough, the guide did not take our urgent request to let us off seriously, as we, like others, were injured and my children were understandably completely panicked. We had to become very loud and clear. We and another family with 2 kids, the woman had also been injured, got off. He only said to the group once that he could not have done anything. Accordingly, it was hardly possible to enjoy the remaining activities. I pulled myself together for my kids, but broke down in the evening - I almost drowned, and came back to the water's surface at the very last moment without having any air left. That was a clear mistake by the tour guide. We have done this tour with other providers before, it was great - that is why we intended to do it again. Now I am afraid in the pool, even though I am a very good swimmer.

Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Antalya.

How much does Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari cost?

    +

Prices start at $5 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Antalya usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Antalya is not rushed.

Is Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Antalya, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Antalya can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Antalya and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Side/Alanya: 4-in-1 Buggy Safari, Rafting, Zipline & Jeep Safari start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Antalya within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Antalya?

    +

On Outty we rank every Antalya experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Perge, Aspendos, Side and Waterfall Full Day Tour, Full-Day Tour of Pamukkale from Antalya with Lunch, Antalya: Perge, Aspendos, Side & Manavgat Waterfalls Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Antalya?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Antalya?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
