Cusco - Inca Trail 2 days
A beautiful experience, since we arrived we were treated incredibly, Mileny gave us attention at all hours, we used to ask her things during the day like: where to eat and attractions to see between tour and tour, and always showed willingness to advise us in the best way and kindness!! We did the 2 day Inca trail, I recommend 100% doing it, we were lucky that we got Jaime as a guide, a genius!! Thanks Mileny and Jaime! Nicholas G.

Excellent!!!
The experience is 100% recommended. We consulted for the tour Inca way 2 days and we resolved the trip of the full week! From our arrival until the last minute, we had Mileny's attention at all times. She was in charge of organizing the activities we wanted to do, acquiring necessary tickets and coordinating transfers, schedules and hotels. On the other hand, something very important is that Mileny from the beginning provided us with useful recommendations to avoid altitude sickness and take advantage of the days without discomfort. The Inca Trail was outstanding! If you like trekking do not forget to choose it. Jaime, it was our guide, chosen by Mileny. We thank you both for making that day amazing! We learned a lot not only about the culture but also about plants and animals that appeared along the way. Recommenddisímo Peru Top Experience!! Thank you very much

Very beautiful! I recommend 100%
From the first moment I contacted Mileny, the experience was excellent. She was in charge of organizing the whole trip, always listening to our ideas and adapting to what we wanted to do, making all the necessary changes with a lot of predisposition. His attention was impeccable: he met us at the airport, kept an eye out for us to enjoy every moment and gave us super useful recommendations to avoid altitude sickness and make the most of every activity. The Inca Trail was a wonderful experience. The scenery is amazing and the guide, Jaime, was outstanding. We learned a lot about nature and Inca culture, making the tour even more special. I would definitely travel with this company again, and choose Mileny's attention again!!!
Response from the operator: ¡Muchas gracias por tu comentario!

Short Inca Trail
We contracted Service with this agency and it was excellent from the start, thanks to Steven. They accompanied us from start to finish, always attentive and resolving every detail, even helped us to get hotel in Cusco, once their Service ended. The Guide Service with Manuel for the Inca Trail was impeccable: very professional, friendly and patient. He accompanied us at our pace throughout the tour, which has a medium/high difficulty, which made the experience much more enjoyable, safe and full of learnings about the Inca culture. We are very happy and grateful for the attention of the entire team. Highly recommended!

Why this scores 64
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek cost?
+
Prices start at $750 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek take?
+
Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu: 2-Day Trek start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
