These guys are common thieves. I made a reservation for a tour of the Riviera with pick up from Port Lympia where our cruise ship docked. They charged my credit card, sent me the tickets but as we are waiting for the tour I find a message that they do not do pick up from Port Lympia although several weeks ago they made the reservation from pick up for this very spot. Luckily we could make a tour with the cruise ship. Although they made the reservation with this pick up, they cancelled with a few hours notice they now refuse to refund me payment! They are not only incompetent, if they do not do pick up from this spot they should not have made the reservation specifically from Port Lympia but they are fraudulent as well since they charge for services they refused or not able to render.

You booked our Full-Day French Riviera Tour, which is a shared tour designed for travelers staying in Nice. This tour is not designed for cruise passengers, as the duration of the tour and the itinerary do not allow us to guarantee that cruise passengers will return to their ship on time. This is precisely why we offer dedicated tours for cruise passengers, with itineraries and timings specifically planned around cruise schedules and the required return to the ship. The description of the tour you booked clearly indicates that the pick-up for this tour is from Nice city locations and that it is a full-day shared tour. It is therefore not the appropriate product for cruise passengers. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we contacted you via WhatsApp and explained this to you. We offered you the possibility of cancelling your booking at least 24 hours before the tour, in accordance with our cancellation policy, so that you could receive a full refund. We also offered you the possibility of booking one of our dedicated cruise passenger tours, which would have been the appropriate option for your situation. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to our WhatsApp messages, so we were unable to process the cancellation within the conditions of our cancellation policy or arrange an alternative cruise passenger tour for you. We therefore strongly disagree with the description of our company as “thieves” or “fraudulent”. We did not charge you for a service that we refused to provide. We explained that the product booked was not suitable for cruise passengers and offered you both a cancellation with a refund within the applicable cancellation period and an appropriate alternative. We understand that this situation was frustrating, but our priority is also to ensure that cruise passengers have enough time to return safely to their ship. Guided in Monaco

We got to see a lot & our driver/guide, Dennis, provided grest stories & local info. He was polite, funny & very good at keeping to schedule - we were back to the port on plenty of time for our cruise departure. We had 6 people & the vehicle was very comfortable.

Amazing Elizabeth

Elizabeth was amazing! We traveled with our 3 older children. She kept them engaged the whole time. We learned so much from Elizabeth. She was very personal and learned a little about each one of us while also incorporating a little humor in. We had so much fun.
