Make the investment to take out the guesswork

We stayed at a hotel deep in Massa Lubrense, close to Termini. Getting to Naples for our flight would have involved multiple taxis and a ferry. This just took out all of the guess work and was very comfortable. Our driver was excellent and very courteous. It was a relief to know we could get to the airport without a lot of coordination.

    Good Bye Amalfi Coast

The driver arrived on time with a vehicle large enough for all the luggage. Spoke english well and got us to the train station in plenty of time to get our train for the next adventure. This portion of the trip gets a 5 star rating, however as a company Viator gets ZERO stars. We booked this trip (Sept 6th) as well as a trip from the Naples Airport to Massa Labrense (for Sept 3rd) berfore we left the USA six days earlier. After three days of seeing PENDING on the reservation site I called to find our pending request was denied. The driver could only take us from Naples Airport to Sorrento. I called GetTransfer.com and they got us from the airport to Massa Labrense. This is not a good customer relations policy. Thanks for the one way trip. If you could have driven that extra ten minutes from Sorrento to Massa Lubrense on the 3rd you would have had the business for the next 18 days we were in Italy.

    Excellent as expected!

Have used Viator previously to book trips so booked via them for my airport transfers. Was not disappointed! Courteous and professional and arrived ahead of schedule to greet and collect us at the Hotel

    Private Transfer Review

We arranged transportation from our hotel in Massa Lubrense to a hotel in Naples. Our driver was polite and helpful (luggage). We were impressed that he located our out-of-the-way villa and that he was early!

How far in advance should I book Shared Shuttle Transfer from Naples Airport to Naples City Center?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naples can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naples and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

What are the best things to do in Naples?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naples experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Private Amalfi Coast Tour from Sorrento/Naples/Salerno, Caserta Royal Palace & Gardens Small Group Tour with Shuttle, Naples Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Class. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naples?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naples?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
