Cannot rely on, unfortunately
Despite being advised that we would be picked up at 1630 and confirming a change of pick up on both the booking and in an email 48 hours before departure we did not get picked up on time and upon phoning Karmel in a panic learned that they were planning on picking us up at 1745 (instead of 1630 as advised) which would mean we would miss our check in time of 1800 bearing in mind the company had advised us we need at least 90 minutes to get to the airport. Upon realising the error Karmel did react quickly and sent an excellent and calm driver to pick us up. Unfortunately the driver was sent to the wrong pick up which added more delay and we were eventually picked up at 1715 some 45 mins after we had agreed. We did arrive to check in and met our flight but this was an unnecessarily incredibly stressful end to our holiday (where we feared we would miss our flight) despite the good efforts of the operator and driver on the day because there had been a serious operational planning error by the company. It led us to the conclusion that we could not trust on this company to pick us up and transport us reliably to meet our international flight home, which is a shame because we have used them twice before without any issues. Cannot fault the team and driver on the day but the serious ops issue with pick up timing was inexcusable (international flights need 3hour check in)

Great service
Service provided was as described. I followed the pickup instructions and everything was good. The drivers were polite and helpful with my luggage. The vehicles were clean and in good working order. And finally I felt safe in their hands on the freeway to & from LA.

Best value for Transportation
Mar was wonderful, polite and great conversation for our ride. She had a step stool to help get into the van too. Took care of our luggage and was nice to have a female driver!

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Anaheim.
How much does Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport cost?
+
Prices start at $68 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Anaheim usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Anaheim is not rushed.
Is Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Anaheim, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Anaheim can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Anaheim and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Shared Airport Departure Transfer: Anaheim, Buena Park or Garden Grove to LAX International Airport start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Anaheim within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Anaheim?
+
Anaheim's activity market is built around Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm, then widens into Angels games, brewery crawls in the Packing District and easy runs to Laguna and Newport beaches. Skip-the-line timing and park-hopper detail matter more here than anywhere else in California, so we weight logistics heavily. On Outty we rank every Anaheim experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Iconic Sights of LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Beaches and More, 60 Minute Adventures at The Escape Game in Orange, Anaheim to LA: Hollywood, Beaches & Famous Film Sites tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Anaheim?
+
March to May and September to November, when park crowds ease and days stay warm. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Anaheim?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
