What you get

    About this experience

This is a private, door-to-door transfer from Seville to Lisbon that doubles as a day along the Algarve coast. Instead of the fastest motorway route, we cross into Portugal and follow the southern coast, stopping at Praia da Marinha and the Algar Seco cliffs in Carvoeiro before continuing north to Lisbon. Every stop is on land, so this route runs all year, in any weather. You travel with a driver-guide, at your own pace, with time to walk, photograph and have lunch where you choose. Pickup is at your Seville hotel or apartment; drop-off is at your Lisbon address. What to expect We leave Seville in the morning and reach the Algarve coast in about two hours. From there the day slows down: Praia da Marinha — a short walk along the clifftop path above one of the Algarve's most photographed beaches, with views over the golden rock arches below Algar Seco, Carvoeiro — a boardwalk over the limestone cliffs, leading to "A Boneca", a natural rock window looking out to sea

    Our trip through the Algarve

We were lucky to have Marta as our guide and driver during our family trip and transfer Seville to Lisbon through the Algarve. She knew so much information about the area and her love for the Algarve was infectious. We were a family group of six ranging from 7 to 70+ and Marta engaged well with all of us. My grandson wants to come back just to see Marta. She took time and safety precautions for us elders who weren't quite as spry. We visited caves, cliffs, rock formations, drove through beachvtowns, and stopped for a delicious lunch on a beautiful beach. Loved all of Marta's stories. Our grandson was impressed that her son was playing in soccer tournament. When we got to our apartment rental, we had some miscommunication with the host and Marta stayed with us until it was straightened out. We were very grateful to gave her on our side. It was a "FUNderful" day for the whole family! Thank you!

Response from the operator: Thank you, Kathy — a group of six spanning three generations is a wonderful thing to travel with, and it sounds like the Algarve rose to the occasion. That stretch of coast between Seville and Lisbon is one of the most rewarding ways to arrive in Portugal, especially when there's time to stop and let it sink in. We're glad everyone — from 7 to 70+ — found something to love. And please tell your grandson that Portugal will be waiting when he's ready to come back. Rui

Fantastic Transfer and Tour! A highlight of our trip to Spain and Portugal!

Transferred from Seville to Lisbon with Marta, and it was a highlight of our trip to Spain and Portugal. We saw beautiful beaches and explored the rock formations on the Algarve coast. She also took us to the Olhão Market and Silves Castle. In addition to the sites, Marta made the drive very enjoyable, we learned a lot about Portuguese history and culture. She was also very kind. I currently have a challenge with walking on rough surfaces or up elevation. Marta altered some routes, or went to get the car for me, but also made sure the others got the full Algarve experience. I highly recommend this tour/transfer. The price, compared to renting a car between two countries, was very reasonable. We were picked up and dropped off at our Airbnb rentals. The booking lists drop off/pick up locations. I just sent the provider a message through Viator and they arranged for us to be picked up/dropped off at the rental addresses. They were also very quick to respond!

Response from the operator: Thank you — the Seville to Lisbon route through the Algarve is one of those journeys that deserves to be savoured, and the stops rarely disappoint. We're also glad the flexibility around mobility worked out — making sure everyone in the group gets the full experience, regardless of physical limitations, is something we always try to get right. Safe travels, and hope Portugal calls you back before long. Rui

Best Way to Travel from Spain to Portugal

We booked a private transfer from Sevilla to Lisbon with planned stops through the Algarve, and it was truly one of the best travel decisions we made on our trip. The service was punctual, professional, and incredibly comfortable from start to finish. Our driver was not only courteous and friendly, but also very knowledgeable about the region — recommending scenic viewpoints, local food stops, and hidden gems along the way that we never would have discovered on our own.

Response from the operator: Thank you — the road from Seville into Portugal through the Algarve is one of those journeys that deserves more than just a transfer, and we're glad it felt that way. Arriving in Lisbon having already seen a piece of the south is a lovely way to begin. Hope Portugal left a good impression. Rui

Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.

How much does Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops cost?

    +

Prices start at $94 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.

Is Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Seville to Lisbon Private Transfer with Scenic Algarve Stops start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seville?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seville?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
