The Best Souvenir You Can Take Home from Seville
We booked a couple of tours with Not Just a Tourist and they were all amazing. The guides were very approachable and it felt more like meeting with an old friend. Our photographer was a l ocal from Seville and the meeting point was one of the most scenic locations I had ever seen. He made sure we feel very comfortable and natural and entertained us with many facts about Seville while we had a walk and the photo shoot. We were also able to receive more photos than it was inlcuded paying a little extra which was a big plus and my finance very happy. I definlty recommend this experience as it makes the entire trip memorable and even kind of elegant too.

Failed experience.
I was so excited for this tour and had to walk away. I didn’t even get a refund. The photographer told me to meet him in a plaza that was shut down for a scheduled event. He was late to arrive and couldn’t find parking. After 40 minutes of waiting tried to tell me to meet him somewhere it would take me thirty minutes to walk too. This was avoidable as the event was publicly scheduled. When I walked away he started ranting through WhatsApp about airbnbs making it impossible for him to live close to the city. I emailed the company directly and never received a response.
Response from the operator: Dear Jaime, I am very sorry to read this. I wish you had called me in the moment to solve the issue. I just checked my inbox and indeed you sent us an email which by mistake went to the trash folder and as such I was never aware of what happened till today that I randomly saw this review. Unfortunately, Tripadvisor does not send the supplier the reviews guest leave and I was not aware of it till now. I had a talk with the photographer and he mentioned that due to a special event they closed the Plaza de España. So the photoshoot was not posible there and he tried to rearrange the location but you decided to cancel. I will send you a private email to see the exact details and of course if it was cancelled by the photographer you will receive a full refund. Once again, sorry for this bad experience. You booked several tours with us and we were excited to make your trip with us to Spain and Morocco as well as your experience with our team as special as possible. I am sorry if this tour did not match your expectations. I will send you an email now to see how we can make up for this. Thanks,

For the first time in my life I’ve experienced fotoshooting with a professional photographer, Carlos. He explained me how to make professional photos, showed me new parts of the city Sevilla, explained me historical aspects of places we visited. As a result now I have an album of unforgettable photos. From now on, Sevilla, I will see it through Carlos' camera. #Notjustatourist #Laimportanciadelaluz
