Misleading title. “Skip the lines” means “Skip going in at all”

This tour is only the OUTSIDE not the inside of the Cathedral and Alcázar. “Skip the lines” actually means “Skip going in at all.” Unclear and very disappointing. Misleading title.

    The initial advertising...

The initial advertising was very Misleading. The expectation was that these tours included tickets. We found out that it did not include tickets on the day of the tour. We went anyway and the guide was terrible. It was impossible to hear him. He was full of asides and anecdotes but no real focus on the buildings or their history. We walked through tiny streets, back alleys and spent time in obscure places that he liked but not the places highlighted. We walked right past the Alcazar without even a mention. He kept stopping to talk while we were in the middle of the streets. Most of the group drifted away before the end of the tour. Worst money we spent on our entire trip.

    Great tour with a...

Great tour with a knowledgeable and interesting guide. You do need to stay close to hear everything as some areas are quite noisy and the tour doesn't include headphones.

Response from the operator: Thank you, Gai! 😊 We’re glad you enjoyed the tour and our guide’s explanations. We also appreciate your feedback about the noise in some areas.

    Misleading Advertisement and Descriptikn

The guide was great and the tour was okay, it’s just not at all what we expected. The language for the description was misleading, and made it seem like you go into the cathedral was includes, but THIS TOUR DOES *NOT* PROVIDE ENTRANCE INTO THE CATHEDRAL.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the tour did not match your expectations. The characteristics and conditions of the activity are clearly indicated in the description, both at the beginning and in the detailed information. We understand that sometimes certain booking details can be overlooked, and we’re sorry that the experience was different from what you expected.

    Said it was english tour...

Said it was english tour when booked but was all in Spanish. Some lovely courtyards visited and was able to get information on google

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the misunderstanding. This tour is offered **in Spanish only**. The activity page itself may appear in English depending on your browser or platform language settings, but the language of the tour is specified during the booking process. We’re glad you still enjoyed some of the beautiful places visited.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
