This tour operator should be fired!!!
I would never use this tour operator ever!!! We were in a car accident and informed the tour operator of this and that we clearly could not make the tour. We requested a refund or at the very least a credit toward a future tour. The tour operator did not even have the courtesy to respond to us. This person should be fired immediately. What a horrible.human being. We have since been released.from the hospital and are ok now.

Avoid Viatar
Disaster. No guide turned up. After lots of texts I was finally told there was no tour. Yet they had taken the money and confirmed my spot. There was no tour as no one else turned up. They totally wasted my time. No apology. Yet to get my refund! Taking a booking for something that does not exist is otherwise known as a scam. Went and saw the sites on my own. Heaps cheaper! Avoid this company.

Very good tour
We toured with Francesco and he was very good. We toured all three places. Francesco couldn’t come up to the tower as guides are not allowed but he dropped us off at the entrance. We didn’t use headsets which it notes in the brochure. There were only two of us so there was no problem hearing him. We enjoyed all three places
Response from the operator: Thank you for your great review! We're so glad to hear that you had an enjoyable tour with Francesco. We appreciate your understanding regarding the tower access, and we're happy that the smaller group size made it easier for you to hear the guide without headsets. It's wonderful that you enjoyed all three places, and we hope to welcome you on another tour soon!

Alberto was very...
Alberto was very informative and showed a lot of passion for his job. We learned a lot from him. I just wish the tour of the Cathedral would have been more extensive.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review! Alberto will be delighted to know his passion for history left an impression on you. We’ll take your feedback about the Cathedral tour into account as we continue to improve. We hope to see you again soon!

Great locations poor tour
I’m afraid this was poor. The guide was 15 minutes late, had audio equipment that didn’t work for the entire tour (Alcázar and cathedral), and even had the audacity to tell the group off for being 5 minutes late. She also failed to control an overly dominant group of Americans who tried to hijack the tour with their own questions and had even tried to bring a butterfly knife into the alcazar (not the guide’s fault but again poorly managed). Compared to the Cordoba tour this was very poor sorry.
Response from the operator: Dear customer, We are very sorry that your experience was not as you expected. Nothing we would have liked more than to provide an excellent service like the one we are used to. You are right: a good tour is given from the location to be visited and the professionalism of the guide. Unfortunately the guide is new in our company and we assure you that we have taken appropriate measures as this kind of situation will not be repeated. Thank you very much for getting our attention on this. Reviews like yours help us maintain our high standard. We reiterate our apologies. Best regards.

Why this scores 34
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Seville Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda Skip-The-Line Guided Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
