We came for the seafood and stayed for Sophie.
Sophie is a wonderful tour guide. Her ebullient manner and deep knowledge of the Noriyangjin Seafood Market and Korean culture added immensely to our enjoyment of the visit. Due to her expertise, we selected a fine menu of seafood items for the restaurant to cook for our lunch. The tour is normally done in the evening, but fit our schedule better and we are grateful that the change could be made. Sophie answered all our questions and moved us along briskly to see all facets of the seafood market. Highly recommend her for any tours.

Sophie was a fantastic...
Sophie was a fantastic guide, taking us through the market stalls and swatting away over eager vendors for us. We ended with a delicious meal above the fish markets

Good, but more of a market tour, not what I'd call "food tour"
Giving this 3 stars because this isn't really a "food tour," a more accurate title would be market tour with dinner. You collect your own food from the market and then a restaurant prepares it for you and you eat a 2-hr sit-down dinner with your guide. It was a delicious dinner and interesting seeing the market, but not what we expected due to the title.

How far in advance should I book Seoul: The Biggest Sea-food Noryangjin Market Tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, Seoul: Gyeongbok Palace, Hanok Village, and Gwangjang Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
