    A Refreshing Wake-Up

**"A Revitalizing Experience with Seonmudo: Awakening Body and Mind!"** I had an amazing time practicing Seonmudo! The moving meditation was truly invigorating, waking up both my body and mind in ways I didn’t expect. We began with a warm-up that prepared us for the martial art movements, which were graceful yet powerful, helping me feel more grounded and centered. After the practice, we shared a peaceful tea ceremony with the master, adding a beautiful, meditative end to the session. The overall experience left me with a strong impression to focus on my balance and was thrilling as I worked to get my body in line. It’s one I highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and enriching activity.

For a special moment of silence!

The part where the teacher showed me how to move the body and to focus on the mind via formation/Kata was the most beautiful moment. Directly well experienced that the steady movement will give you assurance and eventually calm your mind.

How much does [Seoul] Seonmudo : K-Martial Arts & Moving meditation in Seoul cost?

    +

Prices start at ₩60,000 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

    +
