Amazing walking tour with Stella!
My friend and I had such an amazing time on our tour with Stella! It was just us so we had a private tour and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. Stella is so knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. She also left us with great recommendations on areas to visit in Seoul and restaurants. Book your tour, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic tour w Stella — Korea thru the eyes of a passionate local
Stella is fantastic local tour guide who is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and passionate about sharing Korea’s culture and history. Whenever my boyfriend and I visit a new country, we always like to start with a walking tour with a local guide to get a lay of the land and start to understand the culture, people, and history. Stella took us along a beautiful cityscape walk where we could walk in nature among the majestic trees outlining the city and see the skyline of Seoul, then we toured some really cool and unique local neighborhoods in the city. Stella was engaging and thoroughly answered all of our questions. She is clearly passionate about sharing her home country of Korea with newcomers. She gave us many recommendations of places to see during our trip and kept up with us during the trip to tell us about local events happening. I highly recommend her walking tour for anyone visiting Korea - it’s an excellent way to understand the history and culture by experiencing it through the eyes of a local.

Highly Recommended
Stella was great. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and, perhaps even more importantly, fun and friendly. It wasn’t until people started asking questions that I could appreciate the depth and breadth of her knowledge about Korean history, culture and customs. Not matter how obscure the question she was able to answer in an informative, detailed and entertaining manner. I particularly enjoyed when she shared family anecdotes. Very happy to recommend Stella and give her 5 stars.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review and kind words! It was a absolute pleasure guiding you. I’m so glad you enjoyed our deep dives into Korean history, culture, and daily customs—and that my family anecdotes brought a personal touch to the tour! I always believe that the best way to truly connect with a country is through engaging stories and open conversations. Your curious questions made the tour even more special for me as well. Wishing you all the best on your future travels, and I hope to welcome you back to Seoul anytime! Warm regards, Stella

Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.
How much does Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe cost?
+
Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.
Is Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 98 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe?
+
Around 34 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Seoul Private Walk: Gyeongbokgung, Bukchon Hanok & Inwangsan Cafe start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
