Time well spent
This tour was exactly what I was looking for, firt time in Seoul. My tour guide Eundam was amazing. She shared valuable information on each location and her suggestions were spot on. She was very friendly and as excited as me that I felt like I was spending time with a friend. The tour flowed so well and I had a fantastic time.

Booked a Guide, Left with a Goodmate
My group is all very capable with traveling solo or with a small group of friends on our own, and are well connected in Seoul. So booking with Juno and Goodmates may not have been necessary, but was absolutely worth it and a highlight of our time. It was a very fun time and the team always goes above and beyond. K-Drama and K-Pop Tour with Juno!
We want to start this review by expressing our deepest, heartfelt gratitude to our tour guide, Juno. Our day with him was the absolute highlight of our entire trip to South Korea. Not only did we spend a wonderful full day exploring with him, but he also gave us incredibly helpful advice that made the rest of our stay in Seoul so much easier and more enjoyable. If you’re even slightly on the fence about booking with Goodmate Travel, we strongly encourage you to do it. Our tour focused on K-drama filming locations and K-pop spots, and it felt truly surreal to stand in places we had only ever seen on Netflix from our home in Phoenix, Arizona. Juno was extremely knowledgeable about every stop and shared fascinating information throughout the day. What made the experience truly special, though, was how personable and respectful he was. It never felt like we were exploring a new country with a stranger—it felt like spending the day with a childhood friend. That easy, genuine connection is what made the day unforgettable. He guided us through Gwangjang Market like a pro and helped us secure seats so we could try the local cuisine. One of the many highlights was sitting at the exact table where BTS once sat at Eulji Coffee in Jung-gu. We even lucked into a LE SSERAFIM pop-up at the HYBE building and were able to grab merch from their latest single. Later, we discovered a cozy little café called Blakdrum tucked away in the same neighborhood in Yongsan-gu. I could easily go on, but our day with Juno was simply priceless. We not only created wonderful memories—we made a true friend. We’ve already told Juno that if he ever visits Phoenix, Arizona, we would love to host him and show him around our city. This was our first time in Korea, and we were nervous about navigating the subway and getting around Seoul. Juno patiently showed us how to do it like locals, which gave us so much more confidence for the rest of our trip. We only wish we had more time so we could have booked additional tours with Goodmate. We feel truly blessed to have spent the day with Juno. If you’re planning a trip to South Korea and considering a tour, we highly recommend Goodmate Travel—and specifically request Juno as your guide. You won’t regret it.

My Favorite Trip I Ever Had!
I tell almost everyone that my favorite trip I have ever taken was the one my sister and I took with Good Mate Travel on the Hoonie Tour in April of 2024. I loved all of the places we visited, the super knowledgeable and fun guides, the fantastic food and all of the new friends I made who were on the tour with us! We laughed, we learned, we shopped and we ate!!! We are coming back next year and this time bringing our husbands!!!
