    Must do this tour

I was so looking forward to this experience, and it did not disappoint! From the pickup location, the short bus ride to the farm, to the greeting at the site, everything was incredible. My group had 14 guests, and in no time, we all became friends! I didn't think I would ever be able to 'throw' pizza dough, but I have the video to prove it. The 'how to' was explained so well by Ariel, Maria and Valentina (please forgive the spelling) for both the gelato and pizza making process. I booked the 3:30 slot, and was able to watch the sunset. It was an authentic Tuscan experience, and definitely ticked a box on my bucket list! Since I have a few more characters to spare, I'll say it again, don't miss out on this experience!

What should I bring or wear?

How many days do you need in Florence?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
