In general it was OK. You...

In general it was OK. You should add that fees maybe charged prior to directing folks to climb stairs to visit a feature.

Response from the operator: Thank you, Steven! You are right that we should flag a paid entry before sending you up a flight of stairs to reach it. Our tours are written to work from the outside, so where a stop sits behind a ticket the audio needs to say so before you commit to the climb, and we are adding that to the Dubrovnik stops. Hope to accompany you in another city.

    Technical issues

Unfortunately, although I had data as well as wifi in public areas , I was not able To sign into this tour as well As another Ciceru type application in Piran., Slovania..: Not sure if it’s a provider problem or a senior moment on my part… Somewhat disappointed as Viator description regarding tour would have been interesting…

Response from the operator: Thank you, JP! This was not a senior moment. Sign-in failing on two separate Ciceru tours points squarely at our side, and access should have been there the moment you booked. Email us at info@ciceru.com and we'll arrange a refund, and if you can tell us which phone you used and the email on the booking, we can trace where the sign-in broke.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
