Never Use Viator's Self Guided Tour of Venice
The APP was impossible to use. We weren't able to get beyond the Introduction. Very disappointed in this product. It was a waste of money and we would never recommend it to anyone. BTW there was no way to contact anyone to get help with the APP. We gave up and walked around Venice on our own, without the Viator APP. We wasted $4.68 of our hard earned money on this useless application.

Beautiful site - poor organization
Staff are not super helpful. If purchase audio ($5 EU), it’s an ordeal to activate (and mine would not load). There is no map - hard to follow first few stations. Cannot take a backpack in (was not mentioned until in line, then had to go to another place to check in.) We had a pretty day but even so, it was very warm inside. It’s a beautiful place - just could be managed a lot better!
