    What an amazing company!

We rented bike from Glacier Guides and did the self guided bike tour. They gave us printing maps which was great since it had the best biking route for GNP. My bike broke down towards the end, so they send me a replacement bike immediately. There was a long traffic line to enter the park, so the guy rode the bike to us to save time. That was amazing thing they did.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for leaving a review! We are so glad Tyler met you with a new bike in a speedy manner, the long lines can drag on for a while! We are so glad you enjoyed your bike ride , please travel safe until we next meet (:

Bike through Glacier. You won't regret it! Most fun!

This was the MOST fun! The bikes are awesome and so easy to operate. I took four teenagers with me and we had a great time exploring Glacier National Park on bikes. Highly recommend.

Bike tour along the Flathead River and Glacier National Park

My e-bike tour with my guide, Todd, was amazing. We biked in and out of Glacier National Park along the Flathead River and Lake McDonald. Todd was fun to ride with and full of great information including history, geology, biology, and stories. This private tour was a dream.

Response from the operator: We are so happy you enjoyed your dream trip on trail with Todd! Thanks so much for leaving a review (:

    Time of my life

The guides were amazing! The weather was perfect! Great workout and so fun. Amazing views, very accommodating to different levels and food allergies. One of the best things I’ve done in glacier so far. Definitely do this in early June before the road is open to cars. Bring a beanie and gloves no matter the weather

Response from the operator: It's awesome to hear you enjoyed your trip and food while on our guided bike tour! (: Thanks so much for leaving a review

E Bike to the Sun Road

Great e bike tour of Going to the Sun Road. Wonderful guides of Mackatete and Jordan. We got to see all sites and biking was fun even in the rain. We had snacks and lunch provided.

Response from the operator: Great to hear you had fun and enjoyed snacks with your guides, rain or shine! (: Thank you for leaving a review of your experience

Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for West Glacier.

How much does Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park cost?

    +

Prices start at $65 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in West Glacier usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park take?

    +

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in West Glacier is not rushed.

Is Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 23 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in West Glacier, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 24-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in West Glacier can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in West Glacier and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Self Guided Bike Tour in Glacier National Park start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central West Glacier within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in West Glacier?

    +

West Glacier, MT packs its best experiences into walkable neighborhoods, local food, and day trips nearby. Outty ranks every bookable tour and activity in West Glacier by rating quality, review depth, booking demand and value, so you can see the standouts before you book. On Outty we rank every West Glacier experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Whitewater Rafting Trip, Half Day Scenic Float on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River, Half-Day Glacier National Park Whitewater Rafting Adventure. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit West Glacier?

    +

Spring and fall bring the best weather and lighter crowds in West Glacier, while summer has the widest choice of tours and evening activities. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in West Glacier?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
