Well worth the money.
It was a great experience. Diego was our guide and he was very personable and very knowledgeable of the area. We were a little disappointed that the Segway‘s were out of commission, but we went on the little scooters and they were a lot of fun. I was a little nervous at first because I hadn’t driven one before, but it was very simple to operate and for those with mobility issues it’s a good choice. You will see so much more on the scooter or Segway than you would just walking. I’m particularly interested in real estate and Diego had all the answers to all my questions about everything from landscaping to architecture. It was just a lot of fun and I highly recommend this tour.

False and illegal advertising.
The company advertised A Segway experience with a tour through Naples. As we got to the check in counter we were asked to pay an extra $5 for each Segway used, since we made reservations through a third party (aviator). We paid it and proceeded to the practice area for Segway instruction. Once we got there, we were told that they discontinued using Segways and are using now battery powered sit down tricycles. We told them this is false advertising and we should have been told upon the reservation process. They still showing pictures of Segways on their website and on printed materials. We cancelled the trip of 4 and requested a refund. It took several attempts and visits back to the check-in counter to get a refund confirmation. We are still waiting actual refund on our Credit Card Statement. We do not recommend this company. Unfortunately this might the only company offering Segways tours (which they do not have), since all other companies are getting out of the Segway business. Do not use them …. Period.

I booked the Segway tour...
I booked the Segway tour and unfortunately when we got there, they had us on trikes. The guide was great, but I was disappointed that my group couldn’t do the segways.
