There are a lot of Chinese and they're silent, and Troposome is better to just pass. The facilities are good and the staff are good... The Chinese want to book and run separately. Noisy, smoking, everywhere, the worst experience.

Feeling spoilt by attentive staff x
Lovely day on Ha Long Bay despite the rain. The staff are very efficient, super friendly and very accommodating. I have extensive food intolerances and the 5 course meal they prepared for me was outstanding. Felt slightly rushed at each stop but I still enjoyed every minute. Be prepared for a lot is stairs and take an umbrella ( we were here in February) and you’ll have a great day out.
