Great tour but the organizer is a scammer.
A great experience. Pickup was great, guides are nice and suitable for beginners. The food was also delicious. For me, however, 1 star because we booked two 40-minute dives, but on the ship we were then told two 20-minute dives. Upon inquiry, they called the organizer and the description was adjusted to two 15-minute dives. While we were on the boat. You book a more expensive tour specifically to go diving for longer and just get ripped off. I am also attaching the screenshots. Otherwise a great tour.

Could be improved
Not organised very well. We got to dive twice for a fair amount of time. We felt safe throughout as you go one on one with the divers they check your air and everything beforehand to reassure you. However they made us wait around for ages at the platform they were so disorganised throughout at one point no one knew what is even happening whos meant to go next or what is even going on. Our group on that day was fairly small as they even mentioned so you would have thought everything will go smooth- wrong. I don't even wanna know how disorganised everything is with the big group. Overall- safety was great but organising could be improved.

Excellent day out. Would recommend.
This was a great day out. Yes there were about 30 people in the group and the safety briefing was brief, however when in the water we felt very safe. The divers took us down on a 1:1 basis, checked we could equalise and happy under the water before going off to explore with the diver. Both dives were about 15-20 minutes (so not 40 mins each dive) but this was enough to see lots of fish and the underwater sculptures. There were professional photos and videos to look at and purchase if you wanted to. No hard sell at all, just happy to show you the pictures and if you want to buy them for €50 then they would download them onto your phone. If you don’t want them then that’s ok. The lunch was good, well organised and nice. Pasta, salad and chicken. Drinks you would need to purchase. We took our own and snacks.

Scuba diving
Visiting the underwater museum, by scuba, it was totally fantastic. Staff on board could not be more attentive and supportive. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Scuba Diving Under Water Museum: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Side.
How much does Scuba Diving Under Water Museum cost?
+
Prices start at $38 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Side usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Scuba Diving Under Water Museum take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Side is not rushed.
Is Scuba Diving Under Water Museum worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Side, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Scuba Diving Under Water Museum?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Scuba Diving Under Water Museum suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Scuba Diving Under Water Museum?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Side can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Side and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Scuba Diving Under Water Museum start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Side within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Side?
+
On Outty we rank every Side experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Antalya Quad, Buggy, Rafting & Zipline Tour w/Lunch & Transfer, Green Canyon Jeep and Boat Tour with Lunch, Jeep Safari Adventure around Green Canyon with Boat Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Side?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Side?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
