    Zee was absolutely...

Zee was absolutely wonderful! We received a message the day before telling us everything we needed to know and he was waiting for us as we arrived to the factory. He was so knowledgeable and showed us around with ease. It was a great experience.

Response from the operator: Thank you for the kind words. We are thrilled we were able to make your visit comfortable and informative. It is an important part of history to convey and we are glad we were able to positively add to your experience.

    Avoid

Do NOT book with this company EVER! There is NO flexibility. Our party - €152 paid - were held up by 15 minutes due to traffic delays. The guide would not answer his phone nor would he leave the tickets at reception for us! Told me to "BUY A WATCH" when I tried to explain. The factory washed their hands and repeated "private company, private company" and the parent company Viator - who subcontracted to an obnoxious individual ZBIGNIEW who seems to be self-employed "ZEE TOURS" operator - were uncontainable too. No response to WhatsApp, emails, phone calls, kept our €152!!! "Zbigniew" may have sold our tickets "privately" as when confronted after (yes, we waited for him!)' The stubs were punched with a hole. AVOID. Unpleasant individual and NO customer service. Cut out the middle man and book direct with all tourist attractions. They STILL haven't contacted me! "BUY A WATCH" indeed. Most unprofessional...

Response from the operator: The start time of the tour was communicated via WhatsApp the day before. Tickets to the Schindlers factory are timed and only work within 15min of the time stated on the ticket. You were late, as you said via WhatsApp you were to be 10-15 min late. The guide delayed the whole group by 22 minutes waiting for you. Your tickets were scanned and punched through so you would be able to enter upon your delayed arrival as it had to be done so within 15 minutes. You were late by 27 minutes. We have WhatsApp messages to show when you arrived exactly. The museum reception does not allow for tickets to be deposited and picked up by tourists. You did not purchase tickets to the musem you purchased a tour which starts at a specific time. The guide waited 22 minutes holding the group back. Of course you cannot expect the guide to answer the phone while guiding the group through the exhibition it is simply not fair to everyone who came on time. When the tour finished, you approached aggressively, calling the guide a cheat, a thief in the museums lobby even though due to your own fault you did not attend the tour. You insulted Polish people, called the guide a prick. Around here people take responsibility for their actions and mistakes and you being late to the tour is nobody’s fault but your own. Not blaming others for your own mistakes is a sign of that “bigger” person. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krakow.

How much does Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $159 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krakow usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krakow is not rushed.

Is Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krakow, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krakow can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krakow and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Schindlers Factory Museum Walking Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krakow within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Krakow?

    +

On Outty we rank every Krakow experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Complete Cracow Bike Tour (small group of maximum 15 people!), Krakow–Zakopane: Cable Car, Chocholow Baths, Cheese & Vodka, Krakow: Zakopane & Hot Springs Tour with Cable Car (Hotel Pickup). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Krakow?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Krakow?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
