   First Stop – Rafting Center : Preparing for the Adventure Our journey begins at the Rafting Center in San Jose de Maipo, the heart of the valley and the gateway to adventure. Here, our certified local guides will welcome you with all the energy and warmth that defines Chile’s outdoor spirit. Before diving into the river, you’ll receive a complete safety briefing and technical orientation — everything you need to enjoy this experience with confidence and fun. Each participant will be equipped with professional gear : wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and paddle, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the ride. You’ll feel the anticipation building as you look out at the Maipo River, glistening between mountains and canyons — a perfect setting for the adventure that’s about to begin. This first stage lasts approximately one hour, giving you time to prepare, stretch, and take in the stunning surroundings before heading to the water.

2. The Ride to the River & The Rafting Adventure Once we’re ready and fully geared up, we’ll take a short and scenic ride down a dirt road that winds along the Maipo River canyon. At the riverbank, your guides will give a quick final briefing, and then — paddles in hand — you’ll jump aboard your raft. The first splash of icy Andean water hits your face, and the adventure begins. For the next one hour of pure adrenaline, you’ll navigate the brown rapids of the Maipo River, surrounded by towering cliffs, volcanic rocks, and snow-capped peaks. Between each rapid, there’s time to breathe, laugh, and take in the breathtaking landscape. Your team will work together, paddle after paddle, feeling the mix of adventure, teamwork, and connection with nature that makes rafting here unforgettable. Professional guides will capture the best moments with a photo session included — your expressions, the waves, the laughter — all those memories frozen in time.

   After that, we'll head to the enchanting Chocolate House, a truly magical spot where you'll be surrounded by the irresistible aroma of freshly made sweets. Here, you’ll have the chance to indulge in a variety of delicious treats—from rich, velvety chocolates to artisanal desserts crafted with care and creativity. It's more than just a tasting experience; it's a moment to slow down, enjoy, and let yourself be carried away by the cozy, whimsical atmosphere. A perfect stop to satisfy your sweet tooth and add a touch of magic to your journey.
