Great tour
This was a completely successful tour. I was the only one who didn't understand Viznamese and needed an English-language tour, everything was explained to me great. The food was also very delicious.

Hue Fun!
A thorough and fun tour starting from Da Nang. We got picked up on time, brought to the train station for Imperial Heritage train ride, stopped at Lang Co bay, with some of the most stunning view. The trip continued to The Imperial Tomb. That was followed by family style lunch serving Hue's traditional dishes. They are delicious. From there, the trip continued to Hue Pagoda, and ended in Hue Citadel and Forbidden City. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had really good command of English language. All in all very good trip and good value for money.. Recommended.

Absolutely wonderful day trip from Da Nang to Hue, it was a pleasure to travel by heritage train part of the way, and taken by small group minibus for rest of the day. Ben was very informative all throughout the day, and included lunch was delicious

A company that cheats
I booked a tour with a train ride. It turned out they didn't have tickets for me. It's a scam. If you're selling something and don't have it, you better close your business. We took the bus out of necessity, so as not to lose our money and the opportunity to see Hue. The tour was very mediocre, and the guide's 15-minute narration about the development of the royal filth was embarrassing. Although the guide pretended to be nice, you'll get better information from books. Choose another company.

However, I must respond to your claim that we are a "scam." When the issue with the train tickets arose, I contacted you immediately. You were given the option to cancel for a full refund or change to a date where train seats were available. You declined both. You insisted that you only had one day available. As a gesture of goodwill and to ensure you did not lose your money or miss Hue, I personally arranged for a private car to replace the train—a solution you accepted. The definition of a scam is to cheat someone out of money. In this situation, I offered you your money back, and you refused it. Instead, I solved a difficult logistical problem for you on a busy day. It is quite surprising to be called a scammer for finding a solution that allowed you to take the tour rather than cancelling it.

Hue tour by heritage train and minivan
With this tour you get to experience the beautiful landscape of Vietnam and you will learn a lot about the Vietnamese history of this region. The heritage train takes you through the hai van pass and you can enjoy traditional music and have a breakfast onboard. Lan co is beautiful but unfortunately the tour brings you to the commercial Lucky Pearl shop and there is no time to explore the lagoon. My girlfriend bought a beautiful necklace though. The mausoleum is very impressive and our guide Ben told us many interesting stories about this place. The citadel is enormous and definitely worth a visit! The pagode is located in a pieceful place. The last stop is a shop where you can buy sweets. You will get a whole delegation of staff members accompanying you, but they’re not aggressive. Overall an awesome trip and I can recommend this agency and the guide named Ben.
