Food as the source of life in Salvador with a fantastic guide
My solo tour with Gabriel was beyond fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind, solicitous of my specific interests and fun to talk with. Awe walked, he seemed to know everyone on the street and was greeted warmly. In addition to the food tastings, we talked about the history of the dishes and the history of Bahia. THE highlight was a trip to the food market, where I experienced one of the key sources of food in Salvador, had the best moqueca and enjoyed the chaos of daily life (in the best sense of the word). A+++
