The meeting point directions are unclear. Texted the number given to check with the tour operator about the meeting point. No response. Another guest called a number. I was unable to find a number. That guest was given specific directions to a meeting point. And reminded to be there by 9:15. Our guide did not arrive until 9:45 and did not go to the meeting point where we were told to wait. He was unapologetic about both his delay and our inability to find him. We all agreed to shrug off his complacency and enjoy our tour. Sorry - it was boring. The cemetery is beautiful but the stories felt irrelevant, they dragged on, and too many just weren’t interesting. There were lots of jokes that may have been of some amusement to a vet, thank you for your service to all vets, but the references went right over my head. They weren’t funny.

Response from the operator: So sorry you had a rough time with your check in, we have trouble with TripAdvisor also. Unfortunately, we do get delayed with traffic and did text all parties to be sure you were aware of where to park and about the delay. Our apologies if you did not receive these, we may have had an incorrect phone number. We do hope you enjoyed the beauty of the cemetery and your time in Savannah!

    Tour the RIGHT way!

Grateful: “Some people guide tours; others make history feel like a living story. Our guide-Neal—a passionate historian and Brave Military Veteran-did exactly that. His presence was calming, his knowledge deep, and his charm unmatched.” He was true in his narrative, but also shared the historical rumors and gossip, which made it fun. A skilled storyteller. If you don’t book Neal and the Segway tour you’re missing a treasure!

Response from the operator: Wow, what a fabulous review! So glad you enjoyed Bonaventure Cemetery with Neil! he does love sharing the cemetery! Thank you for riding with us, hope we see you again soon!

    Neil was Awesome!

Neil was great! He taught us how to use the Segways, made sure we were comfortable, and then we were off for an informative trip through the cemetery. He had great stories and taught us so much about interesting landmarks and icons around the site.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your review, so glad you enjoyed your tour with Neil! We appreciate you riding with us, please come again soon!

We got lucky with the weather and my wife I were the only ones signed up. Val was our guide and has mastered the history of Savannah. Beautiful homes and parks. Quite the experience and Val did a wonderful job!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your review, so glad you enjoyed Val's tour! We appreciate you riding with us and hope we see you again soon!

Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Savannah.

How much does Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Savannah usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Savannah is not rushed.

Is Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Savannah, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Savannah can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Savannah and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Savannah Bonaventure Cemetery Segway Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Savannah within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Savannah?

    +

Savannah is a walking city with a dense guide market, which means quality spread is wide. Historic district walks, Bonaventure Cemetery trips, trolley hop-on routes and ghost tours with tavern access make up most bookings. Outty Ranking leans on licensed-guide status and group size, since the squares get loud once a tour passes twenty people. On Outty we rank every Savannah experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Historic Savannah Guided Walking Tour, Bonaventure Cemetery Walking Tour with Transportation, Haunted Savannah Booze and Boos Ghost Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Savannah?

    +

March to May for azaleas, or October to November for cool evenings. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Savannah?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
