      20 minutes here

    2. Once used as a military base. Today Kakome is one of the last savage public beaches accessible by road. What makes this place unique is the perfect blend of the wilderness of the woods just above the turquoise water and the remains of history.

We also recommend bringing some snacks, otherwise you can have lunch at the simple tavernas on the spot.

crescento: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely unforgettable experience! Our speedboat tour with Hercules Boat Tours was honestly one of the highlights of our trip to Albania! 🇦🇱🚤🌊 Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The lovely couple who took us out on the boat were absolutely AMAZING. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, fun and professional, and you could really tell how much they cared about making sure everyone had the best possible experience. Their energy made an already beautiful trip even more special, and they genuinely turned the day into a memory we’ll never forget. The speedboat ride itself was SO much fun, the scenery was breathtaking, the water was crystal clear, and we had several beautiful stops where we could swim, snorkel, relax and just enjoy the Albanian coast. Every part of the experience felt well organised while still being relaxed and fun. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Amazing boat, incredible places, beautiful atmosphere and, above all, wonderful hosts who made the whole experience unforgettable. If you’re visiting Sarandë, DO NOT miss this tour. 100% worth it and we would do it all over again without hesitation! ❤️🚤🌊🇦🇱 Thank you so much, Hercules Boat Tours, for one of our favourite memories from Albania! 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honesty and kindness at their finest

The trip was great and the water was crystal clear. The long stop at Kroreza was very relaxing and not crowded at all. But the main reason I wanted to leave this review is the exceptional kindness and willingness of the boat captain to help us during a very stressful situation. My wife had accidentally left her wedding rings on the beach, literally on the pebbles next to our sunbed, and only realized it when we were already halfway back to Sarandë. The captain actually FaceTimed the owner of the small beach bar and let me guide him as best I could while he searched through the pebbles. To our absolute amazement, he managed to find the rings. The owner then met me later that evening when he returned to Sarandë and gave them back to me. I honestly couldn't believe it. Honesty and kindness at their finest. We are incredibly grateful to both of them.

Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Saranda.

How much does Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols cost?

    +

Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Saranda usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Saranda is not rushed.

Is Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 92 out of 100, which we label "90+ Club". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 225 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most highly reviewed in Saranda, and how flexible the cancellation terms are. Scoring 90 or above puts it in the Outty 90+ Club, the top tier of everything we rank.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols?

    +

Around 79 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Saranda can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Saranda and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sarandë: Small-Group Boat Tour with Swim Stops, Drinks & Parasols start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Saranda within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Saranda?

    +

On Outty we rank every Saranda experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tour Gjirokaster,Blue Eye & Lekursi Castle, Saranda Boat Tour to Kakome,Hidden Cave and Beaches with Snorkell, Saranda Boat Tour: Hidden Beaches & Crystal Waters. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Saranda?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Saranda?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
