Breath taking
The tour was extremely enjoyable and the landscape was breathtaking. Our guide Mung was so amazing and helpful making sure we were cared for. The hike was a little tricky as it rained the previous night and the ground was muddy and slippery. if you have hiking boots it would be worthwhile bringing it along. Either way we received a lot of help from the tribal ladies (and then of course had to help them back by purchasing one of their items). It didn’t bother me at all. The only thing I didn’t like was homestay place that was included in the package. We managed to book a private room across the road at the Ginn Bar. That was amazing and the manager was super nice to us. Highly recommend this tour.

Great overall experience!
The tour guides were really great! The Hotel and Homestay were both very accommodating! The homestay rooms were very clean and located right on the river! What topped it off to be an amazing experience was the tour operator went out of his way to make sure we made our flight that evening. He booked us an earlier bus and it was very comfortable. The bus driver even dropped us off at the airport!!!

Good, but not good enough.
Our tour guide Zai was awesome, incredibly resourceful with finding things to make our tour easier (warm cloths, medication etc) and physically helping during difficult parts of the hike. The scenery we saw was stunning but overall I think the price does not reflect what you experience. While the hikes are 6km-12km-10km, a large portion of the walk is leaving the hotel, walking through town to begin the walk. The hotel, while nice, doesn’t seem to meet the value experienced in other larger cities in Vietnam. We stayed during late December and found the heating to be inadequate for both water and the air con. The staff were lovely though.

Must Place to travel in Vietnam, Sapa
Sapa Private Day Tours made my holiday so wonderful. Instead of 2 nights in hotel, I booked 1 night in hotel and 1 night in homestay as recommendation. Everything was so great with local food, amazing sightseeing, helpful guide, local lifestyle...

Wonderful trip
So surprised about the last 3 days 2 nights trip to Sapa. The air here is cool and fresh, the scenery is beautiful, the food is so delicious (salmon, stream fish, sturgeon, hill chicken, ban pig, etc...). I experienced an interesting tour to Cat Cat village with my friends. Don't forget to visit Fansipan to conquer the roof of "Indochina". Will visit again in the near future.
Response from the operator: Dear ms Thanh Thuy What a wonderful review to read. Thank you so much for your effusive comments. I'm so pleased to know that you have found our company very much to your liking and you so much impressed by the service from the staff especially ….. Service is at the heart of everything we do and it means a lot to us to have this recognized and acknowledged. I shall pass on your compliments to all the team members who always work hard to create an exceptional and personalized experience to all our guests and I am sure they will love it. Once again, thank you for using our service and we very much look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hanoi.
How much does Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) cost?
+
Prices start at $159 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hanoi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) take?
+
Plan for about 72 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hanoi is not rushed.
Is Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Hanoi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay)?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 72-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay)?
+
Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 72-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hanoi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ha Giang Loop 3-Day Small Group - from Hanoi, (Group/Individual) HANOI STREET FOOD TOUR, Incense Village Quang Phu Cau, Hat Village and Hanoi City Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay)?
+
Included: Lunch; All Fees and Taxes; Dinner; Breakfast; and Guide. Not included: tips. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.

What languages is Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay) offered in?
+
