Panagiotis, our skillful driver, quickly and easily maneuvered us in and out of tight spaces all over the island. The best part of the tour, however, was Demi, our expert tour guide. Demi is an articulate and intelligent professional who curated our experience to match our wish list and efficiently managed our itinerary to ensure that we saw everything we wanted in our limited time together. Demi clearly knows her island and it shows. Along with deftly guiding us to each site and explaining its significance, Demi interwove into her commentary the island's history, current affairs, architecture, products, wineries, food, beaches and lifestyle, and also provided thoughtful and detailed answers to our queries.
