    Day Tour of Santorini

We had such an incredible day exploring the beautiful island with our guide Maria. She was so welcoming and passionate about sharing the soul of Santorini! She spent a lot time here as a child and it was really special to learn about it all from someone who clearly loves this place so much! Traveling in May was a great decision as each destination was not too crowded. Lunch and wine tasting were delicious. Every stop was lovely but Megalochori will always have a place in my heart. It’s a tight knit community and we met the agency’s chef, Giovanni who made us coffee and is such a gem!

    Santorini at its best

This tour was fabulous & I would recommend for anyone who has limited or plenty of time in Santorini. A taster of what the island has to offer. Lunch at the winery was lovely. Lais was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. Our van had plenty of room & was air conditioned.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the tour and found it to be a great introduction to what Santorini has to offer. It’s fantastic that you had a lovely lunch at the winery and that Lais provided you with insightful and engaging guidance. We’re also glad you found the van comfortable and cool during the trip! We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Santorini soon for another memorable experience. Santorini's luxury travel

Great tour of Santorini if you have limited time

We just finished our tour and it was fabulous! We only have 1 day in Santorini and wanted an overview of the island. We had booked with someone else who canceled 3 days before our tour. Our hotel graciously set this up last minute. Our tour guide was Elena and the driver was George. George navigated the tiny roads expertly and we felt we were in safe hands! Elena was very knowledgeable about history and culture. We went to the town of Oia and walked the streets with panoramic views. Then we went to the wine museum, to the top of the mountain monastery, black beach, and finished by walking Meglochori. This was a private tour and one of the best things about it is they know how to avoid the crowds and tourists. I would book this again in a heartbeat! Especially if you don’t have much time on the island.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful experience on our Santorini Panoramic Tour, especially considering you had limited time on the island. Elena and George are both passionate about sharing the history and beauty of Santorini, and we’re glad they made your day so special. It’s great to know you enjoyed the unique spots we visited, and we’re happy we could help you avoid the crowds while giving you a comprehensive overview of the island. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable experience in the future! Santorini's luxury team

    Santorini_Panoramic Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.

How much does Santorini_Panoramic Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Santorini_Panoramic Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.

    Is Santorini_Panoramic Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 64 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 50 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Santorini_Panoramic Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Santorini_Panoramic Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Santorini_Panoramic Tour?

    +

Around 18 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Santorini_Panoramic Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

    +

On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Santorini?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santorini?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
