Professional and knowledgeable guide, we saw and learned a lot!

You will NOT be disappointed! Our guide Will was super professional and knowledgeable. I'm big on asking questions and he was great at resounding and teaching. So glad we visited the Monestary, the village was lovely and the farm experience with meal included was exceptional. The friends that joined me were SO happy they went with me!

    We arrived in Santorini...

We arrived in Santorini morning for our tour with Agryos travel. Our guide Will took us to the town of Oia (which is extra option) where we viewed some of the most amazing views of the local white and blue buildings. He took us down some isolated pathways because the towns was very busy. Will took us to iconic places where he took pictures of each couple. We visited the highest site on the island with a monetary. The views were incredible. Breathtaking views of the small local towns was out of this world. We went to a local farm Estate Nomikos, were we learnt about all the local products of Santorini. After the tour on the field, we had a food tasting under a pergola with everything we saw previously and a Greek spirit (raki) enjoyed the mini lunch. Will was fun & joyful guide and a friend.

Great tour of a very special place

My husband and I had a wonderful private tour and wine tasting today! Will was our guide and he made the day perfect! Not only did we get to see the top attractions at our own speed but we also got local insight and conversation from a truly great guy! 5 aren’t enough stars! If you are planning a trip to Santorini book a tour through Argyros Travel and be sure to request Will, he’s the best!

Wonderful tailor made experience by Yota and Demtrius!

We had a well planned tour that packed all of the top sites in one day. The guides, Yota and Demetrius gave us a taste of the history by visiting scenic town of Oia, followed by a stop in scenic Megalochori where we visited the ‘Symposium Cultural Center’, a beautifully restored winery where we learned about the history and interplay of ancient greek music, art and mythology from Yannis Pantazis and his wife Argo Kakissis, who gave us a most memorable interactive and educational experience. We then saw the ancient ruins of a prehistoric city uncovered in the 60’s in the town of Akrotiri, learned all about the special wines of Santorini and visited vineyard to see the unique ‘basket’ style of grape vines adopted by the winegrowers to protect the young grapes from the high winds. After seeing the sights of the Caldera, the red beach and the the black beach, we were taken to Mario, a restaurant on the beach that brought out some of the best seafood, pasta, salad and chicken that we have ever tasted. All together, this was a dream tour that will live in our memories for the rest of our lives thanks to the planning and care taken by our tour guides.

Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.

How much does Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine cost?

    +

Prices start at $30 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine take?

    +

Plan for about 3.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.

Is Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 3.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Santorini Cultural Highlights with Farm-to-Table Food & Wine start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

    +

On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Santorini?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santorini?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
