    Unique experience

Unforgettable experience in Santorini on the Atlantis catamaran! Yesterday we had a simply fabulous day aboard the Atlantis catamaran. Right from the start, the welcome was fantastic and very fun: waiting for us were three crew members who, believe it or not, were all named George! The 'three Georges' took great care of us from start to finish, pampering us and making us feel truly special. The lunch on board was delicious and the atmosphere was absolutely relaxing. It was an experience that made us feel wonderful and one we will always cherish. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Santorini who wants a relaxing, pampering day out on the water in a unique atmosphere!!!!❤️❤️❤️

    Do not recommend Caldera Yachting

To start off, this is the worst boat tour experience I’ve ever had. As someone who can’t swim but does enjoy going into the water, I was always provided with a life jacket before going into the water for my safety and it was never an issue. However, with Caldera Yachting it was a huge issue. I have asked for a life jacket, and the simple answer I was given was no. I explained that I can’t swim, I was told to use a pool noodle. I again tried to explain that a pool noodle will not provide safety or enough support for someone who cannot swim at all, they still said no. My husband tried talking to them and they claimed that it’s illegal to use a life jacket in the middle of the sea if it’s not an emergency, so they are basically willing to risk the life of their customer first before providing a life jacket. We were then told if I don’t feel comfortable using the pool noodle I should not go in the water at all. Honestly what a complete scam, there were no disclaimers when buying tickets regarding no life jackets being provided. I was so upset and frustrated I started to cry, they have ruined my honeymoon experience and what was supposed to be a fun Greece trip! This was a complete waste of time and money, they take your money first, put you on a boat and then tell you sorry you can’t go in the water if you can’t swim. Extremely ridiculous and unprofessional and will never recommend Caldera Yachting to anyone. This happened on August 7th, 2026 on Serenity boat on the trip that started at 10AM. Also to note, I saw other boats providing life jackets to their customers and they went into the water with the life jacket on. The crew members the refused to provide me with life jackets were Captain Giorgos and Sailor Nail

Response from the operator: We are truly sorry that your experience was not what you expected, especially on such a special occasion as your honeymoon. However, we would like to clarify a few important points regarding the use of life jackets and our safety procedures. The life jackets available on our boats are life-saving devices and are intended exclusively for situations of danger or emergency at sea. They are not swimming equipment and cannot be used during a scheduled swimming stop when there is no emergency situation. This is particularly important because if someone is seen in the sea wearing a life-saving jacket, a third party observing them from a distance could reasonably assume that the person is in danger and requires immediate rescue assistance. For swimming, we provide pool noodles, which are suitable for use in the water and are provided as an aid during swimming. In your particular case, after informing the crew of your concern, you were offered the use of pool noodles, which you subsequently used while swimming. We would also like to clarify that this matter was not handled casually, nor was it a personal decision made by the crew members. The safety of our guests is our absolute first priority, which is why our crew is required to follow specific procedures regarding the use of safety equipment. In this particular case, the matter was explained to you in detail not only by the crew of Serenity, but also by members of our office team, who further explained why the specific life-saving device could not be used for swimming and informed you about the alternative option available. At no point was it our intention to prevent you from enjoying the sea or to make you feel that we did not care about your safety and comfort. On the contrary, our decision not to provide a life-saving jacket of this particular kind for swimming was made precisely because safety is non-negotiable for us. We are genuinely sorry that this procedure caused you disappointment and negatively affected your experience. We completely respect how you felt and appreciate your feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to explain our safety procedures even more clearly to our guests.

Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santorini.

How much does Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar cost?

    +

Prices start at $128 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santorini usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santorini is not rushed.

Is Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 215 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santorini, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar?

    +

Around 75 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santorini can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santorini and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Santorini Catamaran Cruise with Fresh Meal and Open Bar start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santorini within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Santorini?

    +

On Outty we rank every Santorini experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half Day Premium Catamaran Cruise in Santorini including Oia, Private Santorini Tailor Made - Choice of the Guest!, Private Classic Santorini Panorama: Visit Top Destinations. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Santorini?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Santorini?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
