    Not worth the money

Too much money for a view at a trophey room. Additionally we thought we won't wait in the lines (that was one selling point) but we waited every line. 530 euros for this experience is way too much.

Response from the operator: Hello Ana, we are surprised by your message. Indeed, when you booked, we explained to you that the visit would be slightly shorter because of the works that are being finished. We had been precise about the schedule and the visit. In response, you agreed to take the tour despite the situation of the stadium. Regarding the fast entrance, it is important to understand that there is no special ticket that allows you not to wait a few seconds at the security checkpoint. We can't guarantee that you will be the only one to get a fast track ticket, the soccer stadium receives a lot of visitors every day and many of them arrive with tickets. To say that you had to wait to get the tickets is not true because that day there was more than 1 hour waiting time to buy the tickets on the spot, time that you saved thanks to our services. Our private stadium tour service is not limited to the stadium, we buy the tickets for you, pick you up directly at your hotel and offer you the cab ride. A visit of this kind requires a lot of resources and people to organize it, not to mention the time and energy of the guide who gives 100% for your family. Our services are exclusive and personalized for all types of visits. We take the time to discuss each specific request with you. The Madrid Discovery Team

During remodeling only little to see...

In advance, the tour guide was friendly, the pickup on time. He also knew quite a bit about the Bernabeu stadium (although Atletico fan ;-) ). We were warned by the Viator that not everything can be visited during reconstruction of the stadium. However, for the full price of a private tour but very thin. Here I would have expected that on the part of Viator there could be a credit for a next tour, after the opening of the stadium. Under the aspect of customer loyalty.

Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for your feedback regarding your private visit to the Santiago Bernabeu soccer stadium. At the time of your booking we explained the situation and offered you a financial alternative due to the fact that the stadium is currently under construction (end of construction expected in a few months), however you did not accept and decided to maintain your visit at the expense of this option. The quality of our private guide service is not impacted by the stadium works (we can't control them) and we maintain an irreproachable exclusive service. Enjoy your stay in Madrid. Private Tour

Our tour guide Caroline was energetic & knowledgeable. We had fun and learnt along the way. Looking forward to visiting the new stadium in a few years!

Response from the operator: We are happy that you enjoyed your private visit to the Santiago Bernabéu with Caroline, she is a big Real Madrid fan and knows everything about the player's history and more! It will be a pleasure for us to organize your next visit to the stadium. See you soon in Madrid!

Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Madrid.

How much does Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup cost?

    +

Prices start at $105 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Madrid usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Madrid is not rushed.

Is Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 39 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Madrid, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Madrid can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Madrid and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Santiago Bernabeu Private Tour with Inn Pickup start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Madrid within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Madrid?

    +

On Outty we rank every Madrid experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Madrid Essential: Historic Center, Plaza Mayor & Royal Palace, Madrid Walking Tour from Puerta del Sol to Retiro Park, Madrid Oscuro: Torture, Ghosts, Crimes and Legends. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Madrid?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Madrid?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
