Santa Rita Winery, an amazing experience.
The wine tour was excellent. Santa Rita Tour guide has us create our own wine blend and bottle sticker to take with us, as well as our wine glasses. The whole experience was unforgettable.

Wonderful tour and tasting
We had a very informative tour. Our guide was quite personable and answered many questions about the vineyard and wine making. One of our group did not drink red wines and our guide provided additional white for her to sample.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, thank you very much for your wonderful feedback regarding your recent tour and tasting experience. We are delighted to hear that you found the tour informative and that our guide was able to provide personalized attention, especially in accommodating the preferences of your group. It is our goal to ensure that all guests have a memorable experience, and we appreciate your kind words about our staff's dedication. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable visit.

Great history but average entry level wines
The history of the winery was great. The facilities were good. Unfortunately, the wines offered in the tasting did not match up with the reputation of the winery. We would have readily paid more to taste something beyond the entry level wines, but this was not offered to us. I think this was a missed opportunity for us and the winery. If you decide to visit, opt for the more premium wines. The winery should offer the opportunity to add to your tasting during the process.

A short and neat tour and delicious wines
Lovely experience, the tour lasts about an hour fifteen which is not too long not too short, our guide was very polite and knowledgeable, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The wines are absolutely delicious.

Rushed
Our least favourite experience of the 4 vineyards we visited. While the tour was interesting we were attached to a large group which made it go slowly. This made the tasting feel very rushed and we seemed to be shuffled away to make room for the next group. This was a shame as the location is pleasant.
Response from the operator: We are very thankful that you left us your opinion on TripAdvisor and we are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. We will work on these points in order to offer a better experience to all of our visitors. We do hope we will get the opportunity to welcome you again.

Why this scores 67
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santiago.
How much does Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $9 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santiago usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour take?
+
Plan for about 1.2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santiago is not rushed.
Is Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 116 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santiago, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1.2-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour?
+
Around 41 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santiago can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santiago and add a light layer if any part of the 1.2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Santa Rita Winery Selection Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santiago within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santiago?
+
On Outty we rank every Santiago experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Maipo Valley Wine Tour with 4 vineyards from Santiago., Valparaiso Port and Viña del Mar with Casablanca Wine Tasting, Santiago: Valparaiso, Viña del Mar & Casablanca Wine Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santiago?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santiago?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
