    Amazing Experience!

I’m so glad I booked this tour of the Taj Mahal. Working with the company was so easy - I told them tentative dates and they were able to help me customize an itinerary that worked with my travel plans. They even booked the hotel accommodation in New Delhi. Communication was easy! And as a solo female traveler I always felt safe and comfortable with my driver and guide. The guide was very knowledgeable and patient as we toured the Taj Mahal, too. He was able to take my pictures and answer my questions throughout the day. I recommend going to the Taj for sunrise. I’m so grateful for this experience!

Response from the operator: Lauren, It was our pleasure to assist you and I am glad you enjoyed your trip. Regards

    An amazing day in Agra!

My colleague and I did the same day trip from Delhi to Agra at the weekend and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the services of India TajMahal Tour Operators. We visited the Taj Mahal at sunrise, then went to the Baby Taj, followed by the Agra Fort, before returning to Delhi at midday so we were back in time in Delhi to visit the Akshardham Temple in the late afternoon/evening for the light show. It was a long day! Throughout the whole process, from enquiring about the tour in the first place to the day itself, Sheena was very quick to respond to any questions we had and provided all the reassurance we needed that this would be a successful trip. Our driver, Pankaj, was punctual and always close by pick us up to go to the next location. Aamir was our tour guide - he was excellent! He speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable of the area and all of the sights, he told us everything we needed to know. He also took us to a marble arts and crafts place where we learned about how the locals create pieces from marble and the hours that go into the work and we visited a souvenir shop too. The day was amazing and we would recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Agra or Delhi.

Response from the operator: Dear Llian, I am glad you enjoyed your day and have carried back pleasant memories of your trip. Regards, Sheena

    Day Trip to Agra/Taj Mahal

The tour was amazing, and our tour guide was fantastic. Had outstanding history of the area and gave great background while still giving us time to explore on our own. He knew the city well and took us to a few other spots as well as a great lunch place at the end. Would highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Patrick, I am glad you enjoyed your trip to Agra. Would be a pleasure to assist you, should you plan a trip anywhere in India. Regards, Sheena

    Must Use!

I did two tours with Sheena and Company - sightseeing in Delhi and the same day Agra tour. Both were phenomenal and very affordable. Sheena was very communicative and responded to all my questions timely and was very helpful in laying out itineraries that were safe and doable. The driver was very punctual both days and very respective and professional. Same with the tour guides - both were professional, very knowledgeable and extremely flexible in ensuring that I was able to see everything I was interested in visiting and making sure I was comfortable.

Response from the operator: Sabrina, I am so glad you enjoyed your trip. Would be our pleasure you should you visit India again.

Same day trip from Delhi to Agra: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for New Delhi.

How much does Same day trip from Delhi to Agra cost?

    +

Prices start at $6025 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in New Delhi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Same day trip from Delhi to Agra take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in New Delhi is not rushed.

Is Same day trip from Delhi to Agra worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in New Delhi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Same day trip from Delhi to Agra?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Same day trip from Delhi to Agra suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Same day trip from Delhi to Agra?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in New Delhi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in New Delhi and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Same day trip from Delhi to Agra start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central New Delhi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in New Delhi?

    +

On Outty we rank every New Delhi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Taj Mahal & Agra Private Tour By AC Car From Delhi with 5* Meal, Taj Mahal & Agra Fort Private Day Trip From Delhi with 5* Lunch, Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj Day Tour from Delhi by Car. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit New Delhi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in New Delhi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
