The best service imaginable! Janu takes such incredible care of his gods. His hotel was great

We also had the pick-up from Janu airport organized - the driver received and as desired with chilled Diet Coke’s, water and cigarettes. On the way then briefly stopped at a liquor store to get some cool beer 😍 We stayed at Janu’s cozy Marigold Inn Homestay and made a little sightseeing tour to the Royal Gaitor the same day. You can put together the tours individually and suitable restaurants are also taken care of. You can also eat great on Janu's rooftop terrace - the mini schnitzels are awesome and the typical Indian food is prepared exactly to the spiciness you like! We were there with my parents (70) and their friends (80) and they were totally fascinated! Today the driver will take us to Agra to the Taj Mahal - from there we will fly on. Can only recommend it to anyone to book a tour with Janu! For us, it was the 5th. Mal (but we live in South India at the moment) and go with all friends and family only to him! He has a German speaking guide for both his tours in Jaipur and the Taj Mahal!

Response from the operator: Dear Adventure30260235976 Thank you so much for sharing such a detailed and wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your experience with Janu and the team was so enjoyable. From the airport pickup to the personalized tours, it’s fantastic to know that everything exceeded your expectations. Janu truly enjoys creating memorable, tailored experiences, and it sounds like he did just that for you and your family! We’re especially glad to hear that your parents and their friends were fascinated by the journey — it’s always a pleasure to host travelers of all ages! And yes, the mini schnitzels and the rooftop dining experience are definitely some of the highlights. It’s amazing to know that this was your fifth time with us, and we’re honored that you trust us with your family and friends. We can’t wait to welcome you all again for your next adventure. Thank you once again for your kind words and recommendation! Team JPT

The best way to explore Jaipur

We were lucky enough to be staying at the Marigold Inn Homestay which is owned by Janu from Janu Tours. We hadn’t booked any tours prior to Jaipur in the hope that we would “wing” it. I am glad that we met Janu and his team because Jaipur is not really the city you just “wing” it! We took a day tour with Janu tours and got to see the main tourist highlights along with some pretty cool places not on the tourist route. Janu was an amazing host and a credit to his city and country. He is so knowledgeable, kind and passionate about everything he does. If you are in Jaipur then this should be the only tour company you use. If you are looking for accommodation then I highly recommend his hotel which is like a boutique B&B to us Brits. Jaipur was the highlight of our India tour and that is all because of the Marigold Inn Homestay, Janu Tours and Janu himself.

Response from the operator: Hello Jojoloutravel, Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we are glad that you enjoyed your recent stay in Jaipur. Also, you enjoyed the tour with us and wrote about our owner Mr.Janu in this review. Our company values put customer satisfaction as a top priority and we are committed to our customers. Customers like you make our job wonderful. We look forward to serving you again :). Warm Regards from the Entire Team of JPT

How far in advance should I book Same Day The Real Marigold Tour with Lunch in Jaipur?

+

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Jaipur can sell out a month out. What are the best things to do in Jaipur?

+

On Outty we rank every Jaipur experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Sunrise Taj Mahal Tour from Delhi By Car -All inclusive, Private Jaipur Full One Day Tour In Pink City With Guide, Private Full Day Jaipur Sightseeing Tour By Tuk Tuk. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Jaipur?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Jaipur?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
