DO NOT BOOK. They will scam you.

Absolute scam. We booked a tour for Sagrada Família with this company, initially with the towers. An hour after our booking, they sent a message stating that due to logistical reasons, the tower is fully booked and they cannot provide this service anymore. We looked online after that and found that the tower is fully booked for the next two months—this is simply their way of reeling you in. We didn’t make an issue of it then, but we are still waiting for the refund concerning the towers. On the day of the tour (scheduled for 9:15), we were supposed to meet 15 minutes earlier. When we missed one of our subways, I immediately sent a message that we will make it to the meeting point at 9:10–9:15 exactly. They gave the option to wait at Entrance B instead at the Sagrada and try to meet up with the tour guide there, who will be wearing a blue hat or an umbrella with the company’s name on it. We were there before 9:15 and sent a picture of us being there. We asked every tour guide who had a blue hat or a blue umbrella if they’re the tour guide, just to discover that the tour guide is inside and did not look for us. They were not wearing a blue hat or an umbrella with the company’s logo. I called the company, explained the situation, and tried to reschedule just to be told they’re fully booked. We asked for a refund and were told we could not have it. After this, we read some reviews and found this to be a pattern. Do not book with them. I do not recommend at all.

    THIEVES. STOLE HUNDREDS

Big scam, they booked us a tour for the Segrada la Familia including the tower tour. After paying the money, they said the tower tour is not available; it’s fully booked and they didn’t send the money back. On the day of the tour, we were at the location on time, sent them a picture of where we were standing, and were looking for the guide with the description they provided, but he never showed up. We waited for 30 minutes texting them every 5 minutes to no avail. After 30 minutes, we called them, and they said the tour guy is already inside, claimed we were late and he/she refused to come out and pick us up. We are still negotiating getting our money back.

Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Barcelona.

How much does Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access cost?

    +

Prices start at $89 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Barcelona usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Barcelona is not rushed.

Is Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 2,921 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Barcelona, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access?

    +

Around 1,022 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Barcelona can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Barcelona and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sagrada Familia English Guided Tour and Optional Tower Access start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Barcelona within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Barcelona?

    +

Barcelona's Gaudí sites are capacity-limited and the official timed tickets go first, so most of the market is resellers with a guide attached. We weight those heavily on whether the guide is an architecture specialist. Beyond Gaudí, the tapas crawls in Gràcia and the Montserrat day trips carry the highest rankings in the city. On Outty we rank every Barcelona experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Gràcia Tapas and Vermouth Crawl, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel & Cliff Jump from Barcelona, Costa Brava Tour: Kayak, Snorkel, Cliff Jump & lunch Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Barcelona?

    +

May, June, September and October. Sagrada Família light is best mid-morning. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Barcelona?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
