jet skiing
We wanted to jet skiing while on holiday in Spain and asked the hotel rep Raquel to help. She immediately organised this with Alcudia jets and were picked up from Puerto Pollensa the next day by one of the team. On arrival were we given instructions and rules to follow prior to us going out. Our instructor John was helpful, considerate and professional during the time we were out. When we arrived at the cave to snorkel my daughter was dubious about going in so John kindly took her in, on the back of his jet ski. John also took lots of photos which can be purchased at the end. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would like to thank Raquel, John and the team from Alcudia jets. We would definitely recommend.

Meh
I am surprised about all the good reviews here. They didn't explain anything to us - where we were going, what we were seeing. It was a lot of just booting around in circles on the choppy sea and did not seem like a tour at all. The guides who took us on the tour were really snappy and grumpy. We got off the jet skis once and swam into one cave on the jack sparrow tour which was cool - but the guides light didn't work so we couldn't see much. One of the guides dropped his phone so we weren't able to get any photos and they are super strict about not allowing to bring own phone so we had no pics of the experience. The whole thing was pretty disorganized and the people running it didn't seem like they were having a good time either. If you are looking to zip around in a line of people on the sea then you'll enjoy but it isn't much of a tour...

Jet ski fun
Our trip was fantasic, easy to book, easy to find, very friendly staff, everything clearly explained to us regards how to use jet ski and saftey. Vlad our instructor was great throughout the tour. Always checking on everyone so you enjoy the maxium experience. The caves are a great life long memory for the family. Would definatly recomend and will be doing again.

Avoid, rude guides
Our jet ski tour began with high expectations, looking forward to an enjoyable excursion on the water. However, our experience was marred by several concerning issues related to the instructors and equipment. Firstly, it was apparent from the outset that the instructors were not in the best of moods. Their demeanor was consistently sour, which created a less-than-ideal atmosphere for the tour. We had hoped for a friendly and professional interaction with our guides, but unfortunately, this was not the case. One significant point of contention arose when we were instructed to ride in a perfectly straight line. This directive was unexpected, as previous jet ski tours had not imposed such stringent requirements. Rather than providing clear guidance, the instructors reacted with frustration and threatened to cancel the tour. This approach left us feeling bewildered and disappointed. Throughout the journey, the instructors' behavior remained unprofessional. They displayed aggressive tendencies, which made us uncomfortable and raised safety concerns. Such behavior was far from what we had anticipated from experienced instructors. Additionally, it became evident that the jet skis had been modified with restrictors on the throttles, limiting our speed to 55 km/h, significantly slower than the 80 km/h we had experienced on similar tours. This modification was not disclosed beforehand and added to our dissatisfaction. Moreover, the instructors resorted to derogatory language, referring to us as "dumb idiots." Such name-calling was entirely inappropriate and unbecoming of professional guides. In conclusion, our jet ski tour was marred by a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the instructors, as well as undisclosed modifications to the equipment. These issues significantly impacted our overall enjoyment and safety during the experience. When considering this tour, it is essential to weigh these concerns against the expectation of a positive and safe adventure.
Response from the operator: Totally false. In our company there are safety rules that everyone has to comply. Your group did not want to comply with and that´s why our guides scolded them, because when someone does not listen and tries to do what they want we have to advise our clients the tour is going to finish, because the security is first in our company.

Stay away
Aggressive and rude guides. Strict rules: Straight Line driving on max speed 35mph. Got towed in for overtaking my girlfriend. No turning and fun. we payed 90min and got 60min. Such a bummer…
Response from the operator: Totally false, I have already written to Tripadvisor to delete your review. AS IT´S ALL FALSE.

Why this scores 38
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.
How much does Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN cost?
+
Prices start at $236 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.
Is Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 38 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Safari Alcudia Jack Sparrow cave tour 90MIN start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mallorca?
+
On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mallorca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mallorca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
