Fabulous Day, fabulous tour guide

We just returned from a perfect tour day. Our guide Jonathan, was incredible! Very knowledgeable, flexible and such a nice young man. And our driver, Percy, was excellent. We plan to refer this tour company and specifically Jonathan to others we know who are considering such a trip. Thank you, Jonathan!

Great Sacred Valley Tour

We did a private tour of the Sacred Valley with Inkayni Peru Tours. They were a great company to deal with as they kept us informed from the day we booked to the day of our tour. This is a great tour as it goes in the opposite direction of other Sacred Valley tour companies. We had Jaime-Yiyo as our guide and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, informative and spoke perfect English. He knew a lot of history. Our driver Bernardo was excellent and drove with safety in mind.

Response from the operator: Dear Andrea, for us it's good to know that our guide Jaime could provide you a fantastic tour. We thanks you the trust placed in us for your visit in Cusco - Peru. Hope you come back soon! Kind regards, INKAYNI PERU TOURS.

Excellent Tour and Guide

Excellent tour and guide. It's the only way to see the area with an understanding. You really can't do it on your own. We had a great bus and driver and guide for our party of 4. Our guide spoke perfect English and was quite knowledgeable. I will say, when you see how the wool is made and have an opportunity to buy you really should take full advantage. We bought a few scarves thinking we would see the same quality and prices other places, but we really didn't. The quality and prices were unmatched. It's a full day from Cusco. Take some cash. You'll pay an Enterance fee the first place you go and they'll give you a ticket. Keep the ticket; it's your Enterance fee to other stops as well. We felt this was very good value for our money. We highly recommend this tour.

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, thank you so much for your comment, we are happy to know that you had an excellent tour and guide during your Sacred valley tour. We hope you can come back soon! Kind regards, INKAYNI PERU TOURS.

Outstanding Service and Experience

Our travel advisor with Tierra Viva Hotels organized our private tours for us. She arranged tours with the best guide in the Sacred Valley, Dionel Baca Collantes. Dionel was our guide for the tour of the Pisaq ruins and town/market. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Sacred Valley and brings it to life right before your eyes. Dionel goes above and beyond to personalize the experience too, which we truly appreciated. We requested Dionel for other tours during our stay. So, he also gave us tours of Ollantaytambo and the Cusco City Tour too. Dionel made each experience feel special. The Scared Valley is a region that can offer transformational experiences, so it is important to have a tour guide that truly cares about his clients and their experience. In all of me travels, Dionel has been the best tour guide!!!

Response from the operator: Dear Meander, thank you so much for your commentary. For us i's good to know that you had a personalize experience during your Sacred valley tour with the company of our guide Dionel, he feels that he did a good job. Kind regards, INKAYNI PERU TOURS.

Memorable and Informative

Kennedy and our driver picked us up at 8 AM at our hotel. They gave us each a company Peruvian satchel with water. Driving time between each stop is about an hour long. Kennedy spoke good English, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I would take this tour again and specifically request Kennedy! We had a buffet style lunch, which was better than I expected. Overall, we all had a great time.

Response from the operator: Dear Nancy, many thanks for your commentary. We are happy to know that you had an informative tour during the sacred valley tour. Our guide Kennedy is grateful with your review because he feels that he did a good job. We hope you have the best memories of us. Kind regards, INKAYNI PERU TOURS.

Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq cost?

+

Prices start at $109 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq take?

+

Plan for about 24 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 24-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq?

+

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 24-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Sacred Valley Private Tour: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo and Pisaq start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

+

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
