I used this company for round trip transportation. Our driver who picked us up from the airport was great. This company became a nightmare when they did not contact t me 24 hours before departure to confirm what time to pick me up. I contacted Viator and googled this company’s number. Viator and I attempted to contact them 15 times and to no avail we could not reach them. The day of my departure my family and I took a taxi from the hotel to the airport. I ci Tate’s Viator for a refund and they emailed me advising Taylored Jamaica Yours denied my partial refund for my departure transportation. I contacted Viator who issued a refund. I strongly advise NOT use this company. This was a major disappointment.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSFER – UNRELIABLE, UNRESPONSIVE, UNACCEPTABLE.
I booked this transfer through Viator because of its link to TripAdvisor. I paid via PayPal for protection while abroad—turns out, that means absolutely NOTHING. Even after providing my flight info in advance, the driver never showed. I called and messaged multiple times—ignored. When he did respond, it was always “15 minutes away,” like that was some magic phrase to keep me waiting. After 30 minutes stranded, a local cab driver (who saw us STILL waiting) called on our behalf. The driver had no urgency, no plan to pick us up, and clearly didn’t care. We ended up paying $40 for a cab to Hilton Rose Hall because we had no other choice. As soon as I requested a refund? It was rejected immediately. Viator and the transfer company are both ignoring responsibility. PayPal claim? Denied. Apparently, being stranded and lied to doesn’t count. You’ve been warned—don’t waste your time or money. This company is a JOKE

I booked this hotel transfer through Viator specifically because it was connected to TripAdvisor, a brand I thought I could trust. I paid through PayPal for added protection while traveling internationally. Turns out, that meant absolutely NOTHING. When you book, you’re required to input your flight information—clearly telling them exactly when you’ll arrive. After dealing with the chaos of the airport and dodging pushy, borderline aggressive taxi drivers, we still stuck to the plan and waited for our “scheduled” ride. I called the assigned driver MULTIPLE TIMES—no answer. I messaged repeatedly and got the same lazy, recycled response: “15 minutes away.” Really? Is the plan to just let your customers sweat it out until your driver finally decides to show up? After 30 minutes of waiting, a local cab driver we had turned down earlier came back to see if we were still stranded—because YES, we were. HE called the number from a local phone, and suddenly the mystery driver claimed he was “15 minutes away” again—still with zero urgency. We gave up and paid $40 out of pocket to get to our hotel. I messaged in the app, called again (no response, again), and got ANOTHER “15 minutes” text. That was the last straw. I requested a refund and took the cab. The second I did that? Boom—the refund was instantly rejected. Now the driver wants to act like he’s ready. Get real. I escalated the issue to the company and then PayPal, and guess what? They refused to issue a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. This was a waste of time, money, and energy. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT book with this company. I’ll keep warning people until someone takes accountability for this pathetic excuse of a “service.”
