An unfortunate waste of money
Having been on so many organised tours in the past, it’s rare that a tour can be so poorly managed. However, in this case, unfortunately communication and confirmation via email and/or sms was very poor. First communication was received 5 minutes after the start of the tour by phone call - very poor a disappointing waste of time and money
