Bad service.
Dire! When I arrived at Punta Cana airport there was no one and I had to wait 40 min. The worst part is that nobody contacted me. They helped me contact the company from the airport. On the way back the same. I was told that 4:15 am I was picked up at the hotel and arrived 1 hour later.

Lousy customer service
I DO NOT recommend this company. Impossible to get hold of them once they get your money! Unable to confirm pick-up time for return to airport. Transport showed up in hotel lobby 15 hours before our flight. Unable to reach company to re-schedule (3 different numbers provided). Ended up having to make alternative plans to get to airport, although fare had been paid for return trip. Stay away!

Difficult and Unreliable, never picked up
First pick up was.. okay. They say someone will be waiting with a sign, but it's actually a long crowded counter with dozens of vendors, and my name was on a sign with about ten others. Once I checked in and they took it down, no one seemed to know who my reservation was with anymore, and it took about half an hour to track down a driver who finally delivered us to our destination in a dirty and dilapidated sedan. All this would have been acceptable, if not ideal. The driver for our return trip arrived a day early (though if it had been the right day, he'd have been three hours late). The pick up time had been arranged at the time of booking and confirmed by the tour operator. We texted and asked to reschedule pick up for the next day but never got a response, and our emails also went unanswered. We waited an extra half our but had to call a taxi from the lobby, which cost $70 one way. When I contacted the operator to ask for a refund, they returned a whopping $11. Everyone talks about the importance of booking your transfers in advance at the PC airport, but I can't imagine it going much worse than this. 0/10, do not book.
