    They cover three cities,...

They cover three cities, that’s a lot and is wonderful. But the walking tour in each city could be slightly more detailed. I wouldn’t mind slightly less free time if they could make the walking tour a bit more detailed.

    Our guide Pieter and...

Our guide Pieter and driver Florion are excellent but the trip not so much. Pieter is very knowledgeable and explained things really well. Great tour conductor. Enjoyed the town of Defth but Rotterdam was boring. We saw all the embassy’s in Hague from the bus, one building after another. 9 hrs is too long without anything interesting. Cubed houses are something to check out.

    Modern and old Holland

The excursion was well organised. Alex and Ian have been a wonderful team, professional and very responsible driving from Alex and informative and entertaining guidance from Ian. Highly recommended.

Response from the operator: Dear Vasso, Thank you for the kind review. We’re very happy to hear you found the excursion well organised and enjoyed the mix of modern and old Holland. It’s lovely to know Alex and Ian made the day special with their professional and friendly approach. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with them! Kind regards

Great way to get a little taste of each city.

I really enjoyed this tour. It was just enough to give you a taste of each stop and make you want to plan a trip for a longer stay in each city. Our guide was wonderful. He kept us moving at a very relaxed pace. There was a guided tour in each city and then some free time. I would do it again if I had the chance.

Impressive history but watch out for those bicycles!

We visited Amsterdam for the first time. We booked a bus tour to Rotterdam which had unique architecture, Delft had a pottery tour and The Hague which had multiple embassies. Our tour guide Pieter was very personable and filled with facts and guided us safely around the busy bike lanes . He made the tour worthwhile.

Response from the operator: Dear Allison, Thank you for your lovely review. We are happy that you chose our day trip during your first visit to the Netherlands. We hope you enjoyed discovering Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague and learning more about their history along the way. Thank you for travelling with us, and we hope to see you again in the future. Kind regards

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amsterdam.

How much does Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam cost?

    +

Prices start at $29 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amsterdam usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam take?

    +

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amsterdam is not rushed.

Is Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 927 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Amsterdam, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Rotterdam, Delft and The Hague Day Trip from Amsterdam?

    +

Around 324 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amsterdam can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amsterdam and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Amsterdam?

    +

On Outty we rank every Amsterdam experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Amsterdam Canal Cruise with Local Guide and Small Group, Guided Bike Tour of Amsterdam's Highlights & Hidden Gems, Amsterdam: Luxury Canal Cruise including Cocktails & Snacks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Amsterdam?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Amsterdam?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
