You get what you pay for
Confusing arrival situation, our name was on a sign, but there was no representative there to meet us, we finally found someone to help us (she was nice) but then waited a very long time for our driver. The van was very nice and clean and the drive to the resort was short, but within a few hours I had a fraudulent charge of almost $5500 on the credit card I used for this booking and had not used for anything else!! Someone involved obviously jacked my information - definitely recommend you book with someone else!

All bookings are processed through a secure online portal, which ensures the privacy and safety of your payment details. We have no control over or access to your credit card details at all. We take this matter seriously, and we strongly recommend that you report the unauthorized charge to your credit card issuer as soon as possible to investigate and resolve the issue. Alrick our driver was a sweetheart❤️As we were heading to the airport he talked about different parts of Montego Bay, things that happened and also answered TONS of questions my husband asked him lol. He was on time, very personable and just a nice ride back to the airport😊

I would definitely book again !
The driver stayed in touch with me the entire time to ensure I would be picked up as soon as I landed. My flight was pushed back by several hours so this was one less issue I had to take on and it really made the trip start smoothly.
