Quick, convenient and...
Quick, convenient and efficient way to see Setenil and Ronda if you’re pressed for time and don’t feel like renting a car. Ronda requires at least two days to see all the sites properly but if you just want to see the town and the bridge, this will do. Michelle was wonderful and so entertaining.

Must see
Great tour, beautiful places. We did the tour without a guide. The julia travel representative provided us with maps amd directions before giving us a meeting point for the return trip. The 2 cities are very quaint, lots of places to get a quick bite, great pictures and conversations with locals. Julia Travels ensured we were satisfied! Great agency in Torremolinos!!

All day
The tour is an all day event. The bus was comfortable and our driver was excellent. Upon arrival in Ronda one guide took the Spanish speakers and another took the English speakers. Part of the time was with the guide and part of the time we were on our own. The second stop took less time because it's a small town. Interesting though.

Stunning
Beautiful places. Great service. Could have been sold with the option of a city tour as this was not clear on the information. Managed to jump into a free city tour of Ronda but only by luck and added so much more richness to my experience of Ronda.

Not what was promised
I booked a tour to Ronda from Torremolinos. Although the tour was booked from Viator, it was presented to me as a tour by Julia Travel. I selected that tour because of the fine reputation of Julia Travel. I was asked to meet the tour bus at a nearby hotel. It was not a long walk, but it was a cold and rainy day and it was not pleasant to stand outdoors in the rain, waiting for the tour bus which was 10 minutes late. The next pickup stop for the tour bus was my own hotel. I asked why I was asked to come to another hotel and wait in the rain rather than being permitted to board the bus at my own hotel. The guide's answer to me was that when you book the tour on the internet, you must meet the tour bus at a central location. Only those passengers who book the tour at the hotel's tour desk are granted a pickup at their own hotel. Nothing about the tour bus or the tour guides mentioned Julia Travel. One of the guides said he was employed by Diversion Tours. That was also the information on the tour bus. The guide explained that all of the tour companies hand off their passengers to Diversion Tours so that there will be one full tour bus instead of multiple buses which are mostly empty. I was one of the passengers who was handed off to Diversion Tours. The tour offered by Viator in the name of Julia Travel promised a visit to a winery and a wine tasting. That was never offered to me. I was not treated correctly with respect to (1) not being picked up at my own hotel, (2) being handed off to Diversion Tours, and (3) not being provided the promised visit to the winery and the wine tasting?
Response from the operator: Dear STUART_S Thank you for taking the time to write this review, I regret that you were not satsified with ath Ronda tour, Please bear in mind, as all booking agencies are informed, we request customers to contact our Costa del Sol Office 24 or 48 hours before the tour to reconfirm the tour and meeting point details. We offered several stablished pick up locations but customers can request to our office if it would possible to be picked up at their hotel. Regading the inclusions of the tour, as per your agencie website and the voucher for your booking, the winery was not included, Best regards,

Why this scores 51
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Ronda & Setenil Full Day: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Malaga.
How much does Ronda & Setenil Full Day cost?
+
Prices start at $58 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Malaga usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Ronda & Setenil Full Day take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Malaga is not rushed.
Is Ronda & Setenil Full Day worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 152 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Malaga, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Ronda & Setenil Full Day?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Ronda & Setenil Full Day suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Ronda & Setenil Full Day?
+
Around 53 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Malaga can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Malaga and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Ronda & Setenil Full Day start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Malaga within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Malaga?
+
On Outty we rank every Malaga experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Malaga City Tour 2 Hours Monumental Segway Tour, Taste of Malaga Tour : Tapas, History and Local Customs, Go local for a day!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Malaga?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Malaga?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
