Incredible voices in a beautiful setting. If you like opera it is a must.
We very much enjoyed our evening listening to Opera. The two singers, Paola and Adriano, had incredible voices. Paola greeted us and made us feel very welcome. It was about one hour of singing and in the 90 degree weather. We would definitely recommend the evening.
Response from the operator: Dear Linda, Thank you so much for your wonderful words. It was truly a pleasure to welcome you, and I'm so happy you enjoyed the evening with Adriano and me. It was a real pleasure to meet you and to sing for you.🥰 We really appreciate your kind words about our performance, especially despite the very hot weather! Your recommendation means a lot to me, and I hope to see you again soon for another evening of Opera ! Un abbraccio grande ❤️ Paola

We thoroughly enjoyed...
We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It's not everyday you get a personalized opera concert. They singers were wonderful and entertaining hosts. We were fortunate to have amazing weather on an early summer evening. There was more food in the aperitivo than I thought. We were planning dinner afterwards, so I didn't eat it, but I enjoyed the wine and the performance.
Response from the operator: Dear Amanda, Thank you so much for your wonderful words. I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience and that the personalized opera concert felt so special. Your kind words about the singers and hosts mean a lot to us. It was a pleasure to meet you and sing for you, and I'm so glad to know that you appreciated both the performance and the atmosphere of the evening. We were fortunate to have such beautiful weather as well! Thank you again for joining us. I hope to welcome you back for another memorable evening in the future. Un abbraccio grande Paola and the Roma Opera Omnia Team

A perfect night of music, views, and hospitality
This was such a beautiful evening and easily one of the highlights of my time in Rome. The setting is intimate, with a small group that makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The performers were incredibly talented and clearly passionate about what they do. What made it even more special was that they took the time to interact with the audience and share the history and context behind each song. Since the opera show is family-run, you really feel that genuine hospitality throughout. It feels authentic and warm rather than touristy, which is rare to find. The rooftop terrace itself is stunning, with a lovely view of Trastevere that makes the atmosphere even more magical, especially as the evening sets in. The aperitivo was also excellent, with delicious wine, cheeses, and small snacks. Everything was well organized and ran perfectly on time. I would recommend this experience to anyone: couples, families, or solo travelers alike. A truly memorable night.
Response from the operator: Dear Kennedy, Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words! We are truly delighted to hear that the evening was one of the highlights of your time in Rome. It means a lot to us that you appreciated the intimate setting, the passion of the performers, and the personal interaction that is so important to our experience. Being a family-run event, we care deeply about creating a warm and authentic atmosphere, so your words really mean a great deal. We’re also glad you enjoyed the rooftop terrace and its view over Trastevere, as well as the aperitivo—it’s all part of making the evening feel special from beginning to end. Thank you for recommending us to other travelers. We truly hope to welcome you again for another memorable night! Un abbraccio grande Paola

Beautiful and authentic experience in the heart of Trastevere!
We had the most wonderful time at Roma Opera Omnia’s rooftop aperitivo concert in Trastevere. Paola and her team were extremely kind, welcoming and talented! The food and wine was delicious, and we loved the view from the Rooftop, where you could see all of Rome. Especially if you are staying in the turistic areas, it can be difficult to find unique and authentic cultural experiences - but I would not hestitate to come here again, and will absolutely recommend to friends back home. Grazie mille!! ❤️🙏
Response from the operator: Dear Kaithlyn, Thank you so much for your lovely words! I’m so happy to hear that you had such a wonderful experience at our rooftop aperitivo concert in Trastevere. It was a pleasure for me to meet you and sing for you!!!! The whole team is also very grateful for your appreciation. It’s always our pleasure to welcome guests like you and share music, great food, and the magic of Rome from above. It means a lot to us that you found the experience authentic and unique. I hope to welcome you again soon—maybe for another sunset together! Un abbraccio grande❤️ Paola

Why this scores 52
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rome.
How much does Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif cost?
+
Prices start at $148 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rome usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rome is not rushed.
Is Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Rome, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rome can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rome and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Rome Trastevere Rooftop Opera and Aperitif start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rome within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rome?
+
Rome runs on skip-the-line access. The Colosseum underground, the Vatican before opening, and the catacombs south of the walls all require a licensed operator, and the price gap between the good ones and the rest is smaller than you would expect. We rank by guide credentials, group size and how reliably the promised access actually materialises. On Outty we rank every Rome experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Rome Pasta and Tiramisu Class: Ravioli, Fettuccine & Fine Wine 5*, Pasta Making & Wine Tasting with Dinner in Frascati from Rome, Rome: Pizza & Tiramisu or Gelato Class with Flowing Fine Wine 5*. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rome?
+
April, May, September and October. August is hot and half the city is shut. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rome?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
